B&B Recap | Brooke Thinks Ridge is Close to Coming Back to Her - Tuesday, April 29, 2025 [SPOILERS]

Tuesday on The Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke thinks Ridge is close to returning to her, Katie catches a whiff of a juicy secret, Daphne’s cover cracks and Ridge gets an earful from Eric. If you're ready for a full episode recap packed with scandal and Forrester-level fashion drama read on.

Brooke | B&B, CBS

Carter Can’t Catch a Break — Thanks to Daphne’s Love Spell

Somewhere in the shimmering halls of Forrester Creations, Daphne was once again trying to hypnotize Carter with her wide-eyed admiration and suspiciously flattering praise. She practically purred as she reminded him that his brilliant ideas were the key to the fashion show's success. Sure, girl, and I bet you’re just here for the career growth. Daphne wants a future with Carter, and she’s laying it on thicker than Ridge’s hair gel.

Daphne & Carter | B&B

Meanwhile, Carter, poor man, is trying to drop a very awkward hint about Hope (yes, that Hope), but Daphne waves him off like he’s mentioning expired coupons. She’s laser-focused on what they can build. And just when she tries to seal her manipulation with a kiss — enter Zende, stage left, with the best-timed interruption of the episode. Apparently, Will is looking for Carter. We all know that’s code for “Run, buddy, run.”

Zende walks in on Daphne trying to kiss Carter | B&B

Zende’s Warning & Katie’s Accidental Eavesdrop

Zende, not one to keep things surface-level, immediately calls Daphne out. Girl, what exactly are you doing? He doesn’t buy the “heat of the moment” excuse and asks the question we’re all thinking: are there actual feelings involved, or is this just part of your sneaky little mission? Daphne admits — reluctantly — that she may have caught some unexpected feelings for Carter. Whoops.

But here’s where it gets juicy: Katie is lurking behind the curtains like a seasoned soap spy, eavesdropping like it’s her full-time job. And she hears everything. The scheme. The feelings. The implications. Once Zende peaces out, Katie makes her presence known with the subtlety of a wrecking ball. She asks Daphne what her secret is — and let’s be honest, it’s not exactly a subtle question. Katie's onto her and not backing down. She’s sniffed out the manipulation, and Daphne’s potion-laced charm isn’t fooling anyone.

Brooke, Ridge & That Look — You Know the One

While Daphne’s busy weaving romantic traps, Brooke and Katie are having a sisterly recap of their own at Brooke’s place. Eric had just stopped by to drop some old-man wisdom and maybe fan the flames between Brooke and Ridge. Spoiler: mission accomplished.

Once he’s gone, Katie turns into the ultimate hype woman, gushing over how Ridge looked at Brooke during the show. And honestly? She’s not wrong. Brooke’s smile says it all: she felt the magic too. But then there’s the pesky little detail that Ridge went home with Taylor. Still, Katie isn’t worried. She’s convinced Ridge’s heart was on that runway, right next to Brooke’s perfect cheekbones.

Katie’s ready to bet Taylor knows her grip on Ridge is slipping faster than Daphne’s dignity. Brooke, ever the realist in cashmere, reminds Katie that Taylor’s not going down without a fight. But Katie’s having none of it. According to her, Ridge is on the edge of a Brooke-ward breakthrough, and Taylor better buckle up.

Steffy Plays Therapist-in-Chief

At the Forrester mansion, it’s all champagne and self-doubt. Steffy joins her parents and brings them a glowing review of the fashion show — “deliciously nostalgic,” apparently, which is code for “Brooke slayed, and the press noticed.”

Taylor, ever the queen of hopeful denial, tries to brush it off, but even she can feel the tectonic shift. She sees Brooke sliding back into Ridge’s heart like a runway model in six-inch heels. Steffy attempts to soothe her with reminders that Ridge made a choice, said his piece, and told Brooke this was all business. Of course, Steffy is forgetting that “just business” never looked that romantic on the runway. But sure, keep telling Mom what she wants to hear.

Taylor | B&B

Eric Drops the Mic on Ridge in Classic Forrester Fashion

Over at the office, Ridge is sketching away like nothing happened — until Eric walks in with that knowing smirk only a patriarch can pull off. Ridge is not here for the fatherly games and immediately shuts the door to confront him about the showstopper ambush. Yeah, Ridge felt ambushed — and oh, he was.

Eric doesn’t flinch. He knew Ridge would be shocked, but he also knew what he saw: love, admiration, and the undeniable pull of destiny (aka Brooke in couture). Eric drops the real bomb — he wanted that moment to remind Ridge not just of the Forrester legacy but of the woman he left behind.

Ridge tries to deflect, claiming he’s not the man he used to be. He’s loyal to Taylor now. He’s not getting back on that emotional rollercoaster with Brooke. Blah, blah, heard it all before. Eric, however, isn’t buying it. He gently — but firmly — reminds Ridge that Brooke didn’t just wear that dress. She wore her heart on that runway, too. She forgave, she moved forward, and Ridge? He’s still stuck in a love triangle with no exit plan.

Ridge: Will he chose Brooke over Taylor? | B&B

The conversation leaves Ridge spinning. That runway look, that moment… it's haunting him. And back at her place, Brooke isn’t exactly subtle either, whispering to herself, “Soon, Ridge. Soon.” Girl knows what she’s doing.

Days of Our Lives Recap | Johnny Shatters Chanel's Heart & Maggie Tells Julie to Forgive Doug - Tuesday, April 29, 2025 [SPOILERS]

On Tuesday's episode of Days of Our Lives, Johnny devastates Chanel with a nuclear breakup bomb, Doug plays hide-and-seek with everyone’s patience, and Xander might blow up Philip’s secrets faster than you can say “corporate sabotage.”

Chanel & Johnny | DOOL, Peacock

Xander Plots, Sarah Simmers & Philip Should Watch His Back

If you thought Xander was going to keep playing nice with Philip, think again. While Sarah and Xander are out enjoying a moment of peace (ha, like that ever lasts in Salem), he casually mentions he’d rather be scrubbing dishes than dealing with Philip’s lying, scheming face. Our favorite Scottish snack is ready to spill the truth about Philip’s inheritance fibs, but Sarah isn’t having it. She’s not thrilled, but instead of blowing up, she pulls the classic “you’re doing this for us” guilt card.

Sarah & Xander | DOOL

Xander, smooth as ever, tries to turn the awkward tension into romance and throws out the idea of Bali for their anniversary-slash-honeymoon. Because nothing says "I might blow up your business partner’s life" like suggesting a tropical getaway. Sarah swoons anyway, tells him he and Victoria are her whole world, and they part ways to play nice in public. Barely.

Doug Is Back & Already in Trouble (Because of Course)

Doug has officially joined the ranks of Salem’s most secretive freeloaders. Hiding out in Holly’s room like a teen who missed curfew, he’s dodging Maggie and dreaming of gainful employment. But oh no, here comes Maggie — and Philip, just in time to get served a fresh slice of her rage.

Doug plays fly-on-the-wall as Maggie verbally torches Philip for playing dirty with his inheritance. She doesn’t care about his excuses or Victor’s supposed wishes. In true Maggie fashion, she delivers a mic-drop line: “Be gone before anyone else gets home.” Iconic.

Maggie | DOOL

Doug tries to sneak out afterward, only to get caught by Philip, who’s already been emotionally dragged enough for one day. Still, Philip agrees to zip his lips — for now — because Salem’s unofficial motto is “I won’t say anything… unless I feel like it later.”

Philip & Doug | DOOL

Maggie Serves Forgiveness Advice to Julie

Maggie stops by the hospital to chat with Julie, who’s struggling with the whole “Doug left me and also we lost Doug III” spiral. Maggie, being Maggie, tries to put a little glitter on the grief. She even brings up her own teenage shoplifting past, because nothing says “forgive your ex” like “remember when I stole earrings?”

Julie & Maggie | DOOL

Julie’s not budging, though. She’s mad, heartbroken, and completely uninterested in giving Doug a second chance — or a second thought. Still, the two women bond over their shared pain and hug it out. Maggie leaves Julie to her emotions and heads off just in time for Sarah to swing by and double down on the “let’s just keep lying” strategy. Team Honesty has officially left the building.

Tate Gets Caught in a Hug and Everything Explodes

Tate and Sophia are busy being weirdly cute in the square, reminiscing about prom and adoption plans like everything’s normal. Sophia’s all about celebrating — prom dress? Check. Turning 18? Check. Finding adoptive parents for her baby? Almost check.

Then in walks Holly, and Tate reacts like he’s been caught kissing his ex on security footage. Cue the awkward scramble. He insists he and Sophia were just celebrating the adoption and that they’re going to prom together. Sophia, living for the mess, throws in a baby belly rub for maximum effect.

Later, they decide it’s time to deliver a heartfelt scrapbook to Chanel and Johnny. Because what better time to hand-deliver adoption memories than right in the middle of a relationship meltdown?

Johnny Dumps Chanel's Adoption Plan & It’s a Full Emotional Breakdown

Brace yourselves, because Johnny just pulled the rug out from under everyone. As Chanel gears up for happy adoption news, he hits her with the ol’ “I’m not ready to be a father” line. She tries to reason with him, saying they can work through it, but he’s already spiraling. He doesn’t trust himself. He’s afraid he’s just another EJ in the making.

Chanel isn’t having it. She begs him to lean on her, but he’s out. Then comes the kicker: “What about what I need?!” she cries, as Johnny wrecks her heart right in front of the teddy bear they probably bought for the baby.

And then, like a cosmic punchline, in walk Tate and Sophia — excitedly handing over the scrapbook like it’s Christmas morning. Talk about bad timing. Johnny immediately crushes their dreams, announcing they’re no longer adopting the baby. Sophia understandably loses it, storms out with Tate in tow, and Chanel is left shattered on the floor. Literally.

Sophia, Tate, Johnny & Chanel | DOOL

Everything Gets Worse (Naturally)

Doug’s phone rings with the kind of call you never want to answer — especially when you’re hiding out in someone’s house. Turns out the creeps he paid off want more money, and somehow they know he’s crashing at the Kiriakis mansion. Doug leaves a cryptic note for Holly and vanishes with his duffel bag, on a hunt for homeless shelters.

Meanwhile, Philip waltzes into the office to throw yet another weak apology at Xander, who’s having absolutely none of it. Philip insists he’s not going anywhere, and while he’s technically right (for now), Xander’s face screams not for long, buddy. With takeover talks looming, Xander’s just waiting for his moment to shove Philip off the metaphorical cliff.

Xander & Philip | DOOL

Tate and Sophia regroup in the square, devastated and aimless, while Holly tries calling Tate like she hasn’t just been publicly humiliated. He ignores her call, obviously, because Sophia is the current drama priority.

Back at the mansion, Chanel lays into Johnny with all the fury of a woman scorned. She’s done begging. She tells him to leave, to go back to the mansion, to just go. And when he does, she collapses into tears, clutching that giant teddy bear like it’s the only thing left that hasn’t abandoned her.

Y&R Recap | Phyllis Gets the Boot, Daniel Dodges Drama & Audra Plots - Tuesday, April 29, 2025 [SPOILERS]

Tuesday's The Young and the Restless full episode recap dishes out lots of drama. Phyllis gets fired, Daniel wants space, Audra works her angles, and Sally's got options—but not without shade. Hold on to your latte, because Genoa City was on fire today.

Phyllis | Y&R, CBS SONY

Billy Boots Phyllis & Honestly, It Was a Long Time Coming

First up, Phyllis was serving breakfast and delusions at the club when Billy wandered in, only to be summoned like a dog to the dinner bell. But no, she insisted it wasn’t an ambush. She just had “ideas”—which everyone knows is Phyllis-speak for a desperate plea to be taken seriously. Billy, however, was not biting. He reminded her (for the thousandth time) that Daniel doesn’t want her hovering over him like a drone on a caffeine bender.

Billy | Y&R

Phyllis, being Phyllis, couldn’t let it go. And Billy, being done, laid it out: Daniel’s over it, he’s over it, and guess what? “You’re out.” Yes, sweetie. Fired. Donezo. Pack your dream boards and emotional manipulation in a to-go bag, because you will not be presenting at another Abbott Communications brainstorm.

Daniel Dodges Phyllis & Chooses Tessa’s Zen Over Mom’s Chaos

Meanwhile, Daniel was busy keeping his breakfast plans with his mom at arm’s length—probably to save his own sanity and what little peace he has left. Instead, he found a much more balanced meal in Tessa’s emotional support buffet. She offered compassion, guitar metaphors, and the gentle callout that he might be a little too negative. Daniel? Negative? He prefers to call it “realistic,” but sure, Tessa, slap a silver lining on it.

Tessa’s calm is clearly what he needs, considering he bailed on his mother for a second time in 24 hours. Even when she called to guilt-trip him with the whole “I just got fired and it’s all your fault” energy, he stood firm. He’s working with someone who gets him, and spoiler alert, it’s not Mommy Dearest.

Audra’s Got Plots & Sally’s Not Here for Her Games

Audra is out jogging and bumps into Sally, who was just trying to enjoy some cardio without being pulled into another plot twist.

Audra & Sally | Y&R

Audra, of course, is still salty over people assuming she and Holden are more than gym buddies. Sally gently suggests there’s a vibe there—because duh—and Audra snaps like someone who definitely has something to hide. She accuses Sally of “piling on,” which is rich coming from the woman stacking manipulation like Jenga blocks.

Later, Audra circles back to Abbott Communications and Billy's offer to Sally. Sally isn’t exactly biting, though. Been there, exploded that. Remember Newman Media and Adam? Yeah, hard pass on dating and working with someone again, plus Sally likes working with Chloe at Marchetti.

Daniel Pleads for Phyllis, But Billy’s Not Budging

Back at the club, Daniel finally catches up with Billy and is furious that his mom got canned. He’s out here defending Phyllis like she’s the victim of some hostile takeover, when really, she got herself booted by bulldozing every boundary in sight.

Billy explains—again—that this isn’t a punishment. It’s protection. Phyllis isn’t stable enough to take on the pressure, and he’s not going to risk the company or her well-being just because she can’t back off. Daniel tries to spin it into a redemption arc—maybe if she sees him thriving, she’ll calm down and actually be helpful. Billy’s face says, “Cute idea, but absolutely not.”

And let’s be honest: Daniel may be trying to save his mom, but he also just really, really doesn’t want to have another breakfast with her right now. That says a lot.

Mariah’s Back, But Her Hug Game Is Hiding Something

While everyone else is juggling career meltdowns and emotional ultimatums, Tessa is over here trying to read between the lines of Mariah’s very clingy hugs. Fresh off a business trip, Mariah’s got the “I’m fine” tone that screams she’s not fine. But she deflects, pretends like all is good, and practically sprints away after breakfast plans are mentioned.

Tessa hugs Mariah | Y&R

Tessa clocks it, but before she can fully process, who strolls up looking like heartbreak wrapped in designer desperation? You guessed it—Phyllis. She’s relieved to see Daniel’s jacket and practically clings to Tessa like a life raft in emotional quicksand. Her message is loud, clear, and classic Phyllis: Help me save my son. Because who needs therapy when you can emotionally outsource your parenting crisis?

Sally Has Choices, Billy Has Regrets & Phyllis Has... a Breakdown

Back to Billy, who’s trying to enjoy a quiet moment at the bar post-firing, but gets cornered by Daniel—again. Just when you think this confrontation might go a different way, Sally arrives. And guess what? She’s been thinking. Thinking about Billy, Abbott Communications, and probably how to avoid becoming Phyllis 2.0 in a power blazer.

Sally & Billy | Y&R

Meanwhile, Phyllis is spiraling so hard she might need a seatbelt. She wanders to the park overlook, where she promptly breaks down like her entire emotional hard drive just crashed. Gasping, sobbing, and fully unraveling, it’s clear that being fired by Billy hit a little deeper than she expected. Honestly, the woman needs a hug and a vacation. Maybe not in that order.

Phyllis struggles | Y&R

General Hospital Recap | Nina Pays an Escort to Drug Drew & Drew Publicly Does Body Shots - Tuesday, April 29, 2025 [SPOILERS]

In Tuesday's outrageous General Hospital full episode recap, Nina and Portia pay an escort to drug Drew, Drew gets drugged and makes a fool of himself, and everyone else in Port Charles is caught in a web of secrets, schemes, and some seriously bad decisions.

Nina gives ketamine to an escort to drug Drew } GH, ABC

Anna’s Mystery Man & Joss’s Academic Ambush

Well, well, well. If it isn’t Anna Devane trying to have a chill night at The Savoy with her not-so-subtle admirer, Professor Dalton—aka Hank from the Bay Area. This guy claims he transferred to PCU for a better deal on his environmental physics research. Anna isn’t buying the casual conversation either, and when she spots Jordan with Curtis across the room, she peaces out faster than someone dodging a pyramid scheme. Dalton shoots his shot and asks for her number, but Anna’s not handing out digits like coupons. “It’s a small town,” she purrs. Translation: Try again never.

Wednesday's GH Spoilers

Enter Joss, who pounces on Anna’s abandoned seat to cozy up to Professor Bay Area herself. She's eager to land that summer research gig, but Dalton’s not sugarcoating a thing. He basically tells her, “You’re cute, but you missed too many classes, sweetheart.” She begs for another shot, and he gives her a canned speech about hard work and alternative opportunities. Joss takes it like a champ, but you can tell she’s plotting.

Nina & Portia Go Full Villain Mode

Over in the land of Bad Decisions and Even Worse Ethics, Portia and Nina are playing a twisted game of Drug Drew Roulette. Nina's got pharmacy-grade ketamine (classy!) and Jacinda, her sketchy assistant, is ready to lace Drew’s drink like it’s college rush week. Why? Because Drew is stomping around Port Charles demanding favors like he’s the king of everything and threatening to expose Portia’s secrets if she doesn’t help him convince Curtis to back a referendum snatching Sonny’s piers. Nina’s plan? Ruin his rep and get him gone.

They don’t even pretend to feel bad. Nina casually mentions this might crush Willow, but Portia’s over it. “After tonight, Drew will be toast,” she basically says. The moral high ground? Abandoned. Set on fire. Bulldozed.

Tracy Stirs It All Up

At the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy is having herself a shady little monologue about Sonny’s reign of terror on the family. Gio—sweet, naive Gio—just wants to know why Auntie Tracy is gunning for his favorite mobster uncle. She’s mid-rant when Jason walks in and shuts the whole thing down. But Tracy’s not here to play nice; she’s aligning herself with Drew. Yes, that Drew. The man she loathes. Apparently, mutual hatred for Sonny makes strange bedfellows.

Drew | GH

She dangles the Quartermaine name like bait, and Drew, ego bloated and morals nowhere to be found, bites hard. They plan to sabotage Sonny’s standing in town, Drew demands his family name back, and they make a deal over dinner like it’s a normal Tuesday. Meanwhile, Jacinda is creeping in the background with her drug cocktail ready to deliver. When Drew’s drink hits the table, she spikes it like she’s bartending at a frat party.

Tracy & Drew | GH

Drew & The Hot Mess Express

Cut to The Savoy. It’s the perfect storm of “what could possibly go wrong?”—and everything does. Drew strolls in already woozy, Jacinda draped on his arm like she just won a prize at the carnival. Lulu sees the chaos unfolding and, ever the opportunist, whips out her phone because honey, this trainwreck is going to be front-page gold.

Lulu | GH

Drew, completely under the influence, starts putting on a show for the ages. He’s slurring, raving about Jacinda’s hotness, demanding shots for the whole bar, and trying to do body shots like he’s 25 and still has cartilage in his knees. He hoists Jacinda onto the bar, pours alcohol on her, and proceeds to slurp it off her stomach. Body shots in front of half of Port Charles! It's not just embarrassing—it’s a PR nightmare with a chaser of pure humiliation.

Drew does body shots while drugged | GH

Portia and Curtis look on in horror, with Curtis basically saying, “Let the man dig his own grave.” Portia, however, dials Nina with the kind of glee only a plan-turned-perfection can bring. They got him. Hook, line, and face-down-on-the-barstool.

Lucas & Marco Dive Into the Past

Meanwhile, over at Café Cherie, Lucas and Marco are on a date that quickly spirals into a heart-to-heart about family drama and coming out. Lucas spills his adoption and biological parent story, and Marco opens up about his own not-so-sunny past. Turns out Marco’s mom is the infamous Natalia, and his sister is Blaze, aka Alison. The real tea? His mom couldn’t handle his truth, and he’s been leaning on his dad ever since.

Marco & Lucas | GH

Just as the emotional floodgates open, in walks Jenz with Lucy Coe, because this is GH, and nothing ever happens in a vacuum. Lucy is shocked to learn that Natalia had a gay son she never mentioned, and Jenz admits his biggest regret is missing out on Marco’s childhood. Sweet moment? Yes. Awkward timing? Absolutely.

Anna Isn’t Buying Dalton’s Sweet Talk

Later, Emma joins Anna for a quick bite and some academic girl talk. Anna brings up Dalton, and Emma pretends to act casual—except her face says, “Busted.” Anna clocked the whole thing: both Dalton and Emma transferring to PCU at the same time is way too convenient. Emma admits she maneuvered her way into Dalton’s class, but insists it was just for the internship opportunity.

Anna smiles, but you can tell she’s suspicious. Coincidences? Not in her line of work. And Emma, bless her, still looks like she’s hiding something big.

Jason Drops the Truth Bomb

Back at the mansion, Jason finally sits Gio down for the big “Sonny murdered my brother” talk. Gio is understandably floored, but Jason insists Sonny was protecting Ava and did what he had to do. Sonny’s not perfect, but he’s loyal, and Jason says he’s always trusted him. Now it’s up to Gio: does he believe his instincts or fall into Tracy’s anti-Sonny propaganda machine?

Jason | GH

Gio | GH

Gio respects Jason—and Tracy—but he’s team Sonny for now. Jason gives him the full big-brother pep talk, and Gio leaves, looking like he aged three years in ten minutes.

More Secrets, More Chaos

Before the night’s over, Portia rolls into The Savoy, throws some weak congratulations at Jordan for her new job, and makes a snide comment about Jordan having to deal with Drew. Girl, if only she knew what just went down on that bar.

And as if we hadn’t had enough emotional whiplash, Marco and Lucas arrive, ready to hit the dance floor. Lucas sees Joss, introduces her to Marco, and Joss mouths, “He’s hot!” No lies detected.

But the real showstopper? Still Drew, still acting a fool, and still unaware he just handed Nina and Portia exactly what they wanted: his downfall, live and in living color.

Days of Our Lives Recap | Marlena & Steve Return & Learn Bo is Dying - Monday, April 28, 2025 [SPOILERS]

On Days of Our Lives, Steve and Marlena return to Salem expecting hugs and high-fives, but what they get is a heart-wrenching update about Bo’s failing health, Johnny wrestling with dad drama and doubts, and prom plans that crash harder than Holly’s love life.

Kayla, Roman, Marlena & Steve | DOOL, Peacock

Marlena & Steve Return & Salem is a Hot Mess

Salem really knows how to roll out the welcome mat — and by welcome mat, we mean an emotional sledgehammer. Steve and Marlena finally waltz back into town on Days of Our Lives, only to be met with the worst kind of news. Forget the champagne and warm fuzzies. Instead, it’s “Bo’s dying” and “Welcome home, here’s your trauma.”

That’s right, folks. The man who’s cheated death more times than a soap villain at a volcano summit is now in serious trouble, thanks to a ventilator infection that’s turned into sepsis. You’d think the hospital where half the town either works or flatlines could manage something a little more promising. But alas, the outlook is grim — unless Kayla’s miracle-drug Hail Mary can land before the final credits roll on Bo’s life.

Steve & Marlena Get Slammed With Bo’s Condition

After chatting about the success of the auction (and let’s be real, Roman’s clearly riding high on those community hero vibes), Kayla's on the verge of smiling for more than five minutes when Hope calls to drop the “Bo’s probably not going to make it” bomb. Meanwhile, Steve and Marlena strut into town feeling optimistic about the ISA’s mission to bring John back. But instead of celebratory beers at the pub, they walk into Kayla’s barely-holding-it-together meltdown.

Apparently, Bo’s body decided now was the perfect time to go full medical mystery, and the doctors are out of ideas. Sepsis has entered the chat, and antibiotics are about as useful as a soggy tissue. Thankfully, Kayla knows a guy (because of course she does) who’s working on some next-gen anti-sepsis drug. One minor detail: it’s never been tested on humans. What could possibly go wrong?

Shawn Goes Full Spiral Over His Dad

Elsewhere in Salem, Shawn is doing what he does best these days — guilt-tripping himself into an emotional pit. He’s convinced that Bo’s decline is 100% his fault for shooting him (hey, in his defense, Bo wasn’t exactly acting like a Hallmark dad at the time). On the phone with his mom, he tries to insist he should fly out to see Bo, but Hope isn’t having it. So instead, he vents to Jada, whose sympathy game is top tier.

Shawn | DOOL

She opens up about her own dad, Marcus, and how being by his side when he passed didn’t erase any pain or guilt. Translation: showing up at a deathbed doesn’t come with an emotional refund. Jada gives Shawn some solid perspective, reminding him that he’s exactly where he’s supposed to be — with the people who love him, not drowning in regret. Also, can we talk about how these two actually have a little spark? Just saying.

Johnny’s Daddy Issues & Adoption Anxiety

Let’s head over to Abe and Paulina’s place, where Johnny walks into a living room exploding with baby gear. Chanel’s positively glowing as she gushes about cribs and nurseries and how they’re this close to sealing the deal with the adoption. Only, there’s a little snag: Belle hasn’t dropped off the paperwork, and Johnny straight-up lies about it. Classy.

Chanel & Johnny | DOOL

Chanel, being the sweet cinnamon roll she is, brushes it off and pivots to house-hunting dreams. Johnny does his best to fake enthusiasm, but the man’s got a storm brewing inside. The second Chanel dashes off to support Felicity’s gymnastics win (go girl!), Johnny’s face drops and he starts sifting through baby clothes like a man haunted by every life decision.

Later, Johnny gets a much-needed sit-down with Marlena, who has zero patience for his passive-aggressive inner turmoil. When he tells her he kind of (read: definitely) wished EJ had died, Marlena doesn’t flinch. She simply reminds him that wishing someone dead — especially with a police investigation still hanging over the family like a soap opera chandelier — is not a cute look. More importantly, she presses him on the real problem: Johnny isn’t ready to be a dad, and no amount of Chanel’s sparkle or adoption paperwork is going to change that.

Johnny & Marlena | DOOL

Chanel, Sophia & Prom Problems

At the high school, Tate’s feeling brave enough to ask Sophia to prom — which just so happens to fall on her 18th birthday. Cue the immediate shutdown. Sophia’s pregnant, hormonal, and not in the mood for sparkly dresses and slow dances. At first, she thinks Tate’s using her to make Holly jealous, but he insists he just wants to celebrate being seniors.

Chanel, ever the emotional rock, shows up and gives Sophia a bouquet, nearly breaking down as she thanks them for sticking by her and Johnny. This moment, folks, is pure DOOL gold — the kind that reminds you why you’re still tuning in after all these years.

Eventually, Sophia softens and agrees to go to prom with Tate. It’s not the fairy tale she imagined, but it’s something. And when Tate offers her a single rose like he’s auditioning for The Bachelor: Salem Edition, you can’t help but root for the kid.

The Square: Where Guilt & Ice Cream Collide

Shawn and Jada run into Steve and Kayla, and what do you know — more guilt! Shawn’s convinced he’s the villain in his father’s story, but Steve and Kayla immediately shut that narrative down. This is a family crisis, and no one’s shouldering it alone.

Shawn, Steve & Kayla | DOOL

Meanwhile, Steve and Jada share a quiet moment over ice cream, reminiscing about Marcus, who apparently made weekly visits to the ice cream shop a sacred tradition. It’s a sweet little pause in an otherwise emotionally loaded episode, and it’s nice to see the show balancing heartbreak with a scoop of sentiment.

Johnny Drops the Bomb, Chanel’s Jaw Drops Harder

The episode wraps up with Johnny finally facing the music — or at least tuning his guitar. When Chanel gets home, she’s all smiles and ready to show off pics from Felicity’s big win. But Johnny’s not here to celebrate. He hits her with the dreaded “we need to talk,” and the look on Chanel’s face could melt steel.

That’s right — he’s about to throw a wrench into the adoption plans, and Chanel is seconds away from realizing her dream of motherhood might be slipping through her fingers. Not exactly the homecoming Marlena and Steve imagined, huh?

General Hospital Recap | Mike Visits Sonny - Monday, April 28, 2025 [SPOILERS]

Monday's General Hospital full episode recap serves up a high-octane dose of betrayal, sisterly solidarity, sketchy syringes, and a dash of ghostly dad wisdom. From Alexis getting dragged for secret papers to Sonny’s close call in L.A.—which leads to a visit from Mike, the drama is delicious!

Mike visits Sonny | GH, ABC

Alexis Has Some Explaining to Do & It Doesn’t Go Well

Oh, Alexis. When you try to help but instead light a match and toss it on the gas can that is your family life. Kristina, bless her chaos, just found out Alexis had commitment papers drawn up on her—yep, the "lock her up" kind. And who delivers that lovely bombshell? Molly. Of course.

Kristina confronts her mom, wondering how the woman who birthed her could even think about committing her. Alexis fumbles the PR response and tries to claim, "I didn’t sign them!" But when you’ve already called the mental health hit squad, the intent speaks louder than the ink. She tries to paint the whole thing as motherly concern, saying Kristina was putting on a show and looked like she was about to shatter. But Kristina doesn’t want the protective guilt trip; she wants respect.

Kristina | GH

Alexis | GH

Kristina, devastated and furious, storms out after shouting, “So I’m a danger to myself and society?!” Honestly, give her the Emmy now. Molly reads Alexis for filth, calling out her lifelong habit of undercutting Kristina under the guise of “protection.” Alexis admits she messed up—but that ship has sailed, sunk, and is resting at the bottom of the Port Charles harbor. Molly joins her sister in the storm-off parade.

Oh, and just when you think Alexis might be done with the drama? A package arrives containing Helena Cassadine’s dagger—yes, that dagger. Looks like Sidwell’s playing a very creepy version of Secret Santa. Good luck sleeping tonight, Lexi.

Kristina Breaks Down at Adela’s Grave

Fresh off being metaphorically gutted by her mother, Kristina does what any tortured soap soul would—she visits a grave for a dramatic monologue. At her grandmother Adela’s final resting place, Kristina unloads about the chaos in her life. Between fearing she’ll lose Molly if her secret comes out and her mother thinking she’s mentally unhinged, Kristina’s nearing her own personal soap opera breaking point.

But in walks Molly, because sister intuition is real. She finds Kristina exactly where she thought she’d be, and the two share a rare moment of actual warmth. No Sam, no baby girl, just the two of them holding it together in a mess of betrayal and confusion. Sister solidarity: activated.

Anna & the Mysterious Mr. Dalton at The Savoy

Meanwhile, Anna's glam and ready for a night out, but Felicia flakes thanks to an insurance company emergency. Not that Anna minds—she parks herself at the bar at The Savoy and soon finds herself next to Professor Henry “Call Me Hank” Dalton. He’s smooth, he’s sipping a continental sour, and he’s apparently PCU’s new faculty eye candy.

Dalton & Anna | GH

He recognizes Anna’s accent, she clocks his California-to-Port Charles move, and the flirty energy is thicker than Sonny’s espresso roast. Turns out Dalton is Emma’s professor, and he's already evaluating her for a research gig. This guy’s weaving himself into the GH tapestry faster than you can say “new character, who dis?”

Portia Gets Shady With Brad — Hello, Ketamine

Portia. Sweet, smart Portia is now trafficking in illegal ketamine. All for Congressman “Cutthroat” Drew? Apparently. She enlists Brad to do the dirty work, and he's not exactly thrilled to play hospital drug mule. But she basically blackmails him into it—get the drugs or get fired. And surprise! Brad chooses unemployment insurance over ethics.

He delivers the goods, and Portia rings up Nina to report that the shady shopping list is now complete. How is this not blowing up yet? Stay tuned.

Curtis, Trina & Kai Handle Business (and Emotions)

Curtis is holding court at The Savoy when Trina and Kai drop in for some pre-surgery socializing. Kai pulls Curtis aside for a heart-to-heart apology about ignoring his advice on the surgery, but Curtis keeps it classy and supportive. Meanwhile, Trina and Emma have a low-key gossip session that veers into territory about Emma’s expulsion and the ADA’s odd line of questioning. Trina suspects the real target is her grandmother, not Emma.

Kai and Trina later toast to hope and risk, with Kai admitting that Drew’s documenting the whole procedure. You know, just in case. Charming.

Gio Tries to Neutralize Tracy’s Anti-Sonny Agenda

Over at the Quartermaine circus tent (aka the mansion), Tracy’s campaigning hard against Sonny owning the docks. She tries to get Gio to register to vote locally just to stop him. The pitch? “Vote for Laura, say no to mobbed-up moorings!”

Tracy | GH

Gio | GH

But Gio’s not feeling it. Uncle Sonny may be a walking FBI file, but he’s family. Tracy’s rebuttal is basically a Greatest Hits album of Sonny’s worst decisions, concluding with: “Get out before you’re in jail or dead.” Later, Emma swings by, and Gio pins his hope on her helping derail Tracy’s anti-Sonny crusade. Spoiler alert: she probably won’t.

Joss’s Training Gets Physical, Vaughn Gets Pushy

In a dark alley because that’s where all the best learning happens, Vaughn grabs Joss in a surprise chokehold. It’s a "training session," he says. She calls it “ambush strangling,” which, fair. He wants her to pump Dalton for info, fast. He even gives her the tip that Dalton will be at The Savoy, so she’d better make her presence felt.

Later, she shows up and spots Dalton mid-flirt with Anna. Girl’s got work to do—and competition.

Sonny’s Brush With Death, Mike’s Ghostly Pep Talk

Now to L.A., where the drama hits operatic levels. Carly calls Jason with updates, and Sonny wakes up to what looks like a nurse ready to inject something sketchy. But surprise! That "nurse" isn’t a nurse at all—she pulls a gun on Brick, who waltzes in and handles it like the professional secret agent he is. Boom—silent shot, no more assassin.

Brick tells Carly he was headed to Dubai but noticed a trail of blood and a half-naked nurse in a closet. So, naturally, he returned to check on Sonny and saved the day. Carly is stunned, grateful, and very close to tears. Then Jack appears (because why not), saying he just happened to be in the area for WSB work. They kiss. It’s a whole thing.

Meanwhile, Sonny drifts into a vision where he’s having a full-blown conversation with his late father, Mike, at Bobbie’s Diner. They talk about regrets, danger, and the mob life that’s haunted their family for years. Mike tells him it’s time to find a new path—and with that, Sonny wakes up in his hospital bed, alone but forever changed.

Mike visits Sonny | GH

Carly shows up, and Sonny—now awake, aware, and emotionally rebooted—asks if everything’s okay. She says yes, but they both know something’s about to shift.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap | Katie Spies Daphne & Carter Kissing - Monday, April 28, 2025 [SPOILERS]

On Monday's The Bold and the Beautiful, the fashion show explodes into family drama as Brooke struts her way into the spotlight, leaving Steffy fuming and Katie catching Carter in a lip-lock with Daphne. Here's your no-holds-barred full episode recap.

Katie | B&B, CBS

Brooke Steals the Spotlight & Steffy Can’t Even

At Forrester Creations, Eric and Donna are basking in the glow of media praise, watching Brooke sashay into the headlines thanks to her stunning appearance in the showstopper gown. Eric, ever the nostalgic romantic, can’t help but reminisce about how Ridge was drooling over Brooke back in the Portofino days. Enter Christine Blair, who’s all about snagging one of those dresses, and clearly ready to throw down her credit card if necessary.

Meanwhile, Zende and Katie stroll in, singing the praises of Brooke’s showstopper. Social media is on fire, influencers are frothing, and honestly, who wouldn’t be? But not everyone is ready to pop the champagne.

In another room, Steffy’s chewing on the fact that Brooke practically sprinted from the locked vault like her Louboutins were on fire, all to hit that runway. Taylor breaks it to her that the vault fiasco was an accident, but Steffy’s not buying it. Her eyes are rolling so hard they’re in a different zip code. This show was supposed to be a tribute to her dad and granddad—and suddenly it’s “The Brooke Logan Show” all over again.

Ridge & Brooke: Electric Chemistry or PR Circus?

While Steffy fumes, Ridge is singing Brooke’s praises. He tells her she was incredible, that she saved the show from potential disaster. And just in case anyone missed the sparks flying, they deliver a flirty little joint interview where Brooke plays coy about wedding bells. Let’s be real: the press ate it up like free hors d'oeuvres.

Taylor and Steffy watch this love-fest unfold from the sidelines, visibly unimpressed. And you know Steffy’s not one to hold back. Later, when asked about the showstopper, she gives the most lukewarm response she can manage, hiding her fury under a veneer of professionalism. Just barely.

Katie’s Jaw Drops as Daphne Plants One on Carter

Over in backstage land, things are heating up—literally. Daphne, the walking perfume ad with zero chill, decides this is the perfect moment to grab Carter by the lapels and kiss the man like a rom-com heroine. Cute? Sure. Except Katie is RIGHT there, watching the whole thing from behind a clothing rack like it's her own private soap opera screening. Her face says it all: disbelief, betrayal, and a pinch of "oh no he didn't."

Katie later tries to keep her cool while giving an interview, but girl, you know that scene is playing on repeat in her head.

Eric Admits It: Brooke’s Spotlight Was No Accident

The tension builds until we get the big reveal. Steffy finally confronts her family about how Brooke ended up as the belle of the ball. Katie says Brooke saved the day. But hold up—was it Ridge’s idea? Nope. Ridge is just as surprised as Steffy.

Enter Eric, stage left, casually dropping the truth bomb: he was the puppet master behind Brooke’s runway coup. He wanted the first fashion show under the “back-in-family-hands” Forrester Creations to make waves, and who better to cause a splash than their walking, talking legacy: Brooke. Cue Steffy’s meltdown.

Ridge & Brooke | B&B

She throws a verbal fit, reminding her granddad that this was supposed to be about their designs, not Brooke’s eternal spotlight addiction. Eric shrugs it off with a smirk and basically says, “Darling, we changed the narrative. No one’s talking about that hostile takeover now, are they?”

Taylor’s Caught in the Crossfire—Again

Taylor, ever the diplomat with a simmering volcano of feelings, tries to keep the peace. She explains the vault mishap wasn’t Brooke’s fault, and yeah, the showstopper was a moment. But when Ridge swoops in to say Brooke’s runway magic meant nothing, Taylor isn’t quite buying it.

She tries to play it cool, but when she watches Ridge cozy up to Brooke on stage, the emotional whiplash is real. Later, Ridge tries to smooth things over by kissing Taylor and promising it was “just a moment.” She plays along—for now.

Zende, Carter & the Collateral Damage

Backstage again, Zende tries to warn Carter to stay put, clearly hinting that the Daphne-Katie collision might cause some fallout. Carter's out here looking confused and vaguely panicked, which is honestly a fair response when your backstage fling gets caught mid-smooch by your actual almost-something.

He later finds out the whole showstopper chaos was orchestrated by Eric, and that no one else—including Steffy—knew. Cue Carter’s face going full “uh-oh.”

Brooke & Eric Have a Sentimental Moment

Before Eric heads out with Donna, Brooke grabs him for a little heart-to-heart. She tells him she felt the magic on that runway, and she knows Ridge did too. Eric practically swoons, telling her that this was his best decision in ages—putting the spotlight where it belonged, on his son and the woman who always brings the drama. They hug it out like old Hollywood stars, fully aware they just hijacked an entire narrative.

Champagne, Flashbacks & Lingering Looks

Back at the runway, Ridge is pouring bubbly, trying to keep the good vibes going. Taylor joins him and gives credit where it’s due—he and Eric got the crowd fired up. But of course, she can’t help but point out the elephant in the room: Brooke. Ridge brushes it off like he’s Teflon-coated. “It was just a dress,” he says. Taylor’s not convinced.

As she leaves, Ridge gets lost in thought, remembering Brooke’s moment on the catwalk. Spoiler: she’s doing the exact same thing, alone in the office, whispering to herself about the unforgettable day she just had.
