YOUNG AND RESTLESS RECAP FOR JUNE 4, 2026 • Phyllis hands over Newman, which leads to a showdown with Christine, Nikki's headaches are worse than ever, and Adam wants another baby.

In Thursday’s The Young and the Restless First Look Recap, Phyllis loses, and the Newmans win; Adam wants another baby, and Nikki's headaches are worse than ever.
PHYLLIS NEEDS LEGAL HELP
At Crimson Lights, Michael bumps into Phyllis. She tells him she changed her mind, she's not giving the company back to the Newmans. Good lord, make up your mind.
Michael asks why? She says she's worked too hard for this. She's not giving it back. Michael tells her to throw in the towel, because taking it to court will be a big, old mess.
Christine comes up. Phyllis says she will not be fair if she prosecutes her. Phyllis says if she gives the company back, she needs it to be certain she's walking away without a chance of being prosecuted.
Michael suggests Phyllis stop being the victim and take Victor's deal. She will not change her mind until Victor and Christine put in writing that the charges against her are dropped.
Michael offers Phyllis legal help. They head over to the Newman ranch to get it all taken care of. Phyllis hugs Michael, and they declare their friendship.
NIKKI'S HEALTH WORRIES VICTORIA
Nikki didn't get much sleep, and her daughter's worried. Nikki still has those migraine headaches. Nikki wants to wait to call the doctor; she thinks it's just her MS acting up. Victoria wants to take care of it now. Nikki says no and has a laundry list of stressful issues in her life that could be causing her headaches.
They start talking about Victor and their current split. Nikki and Victoria both think that if he got his company back, they might be able to work things out. Victoria says she hates Phyllis when Nick shows up for breakfast. He tells his family he had his first meeting at the rehab clinic. He claims it went well. Victoria plays hardball and asks how they can believe him, he's an addict and a liar. Nick says he messed up, and he's getting help. Sobriety is his main focus now.
Nikki says he needs a sponsor. Jack offered his help, and he's been in a similar situation with pills. Nick says he'll take him up on the offer. The conversation turns to Phyllis, and he tells them he told Phyllis that if she doesn't hand over the company, he'll make sure Christine goes after her.
SHOWDOWN AT THE RANCH
Phyllis and Michael show up at the Newman ranch. Victor, Nick, and Christine are there. Phyllis chimes right in and demands that Victor tell Christine that he set Phyllis up with the incriminating emails. Phyllis will give Newman Enterprises back if he drops all the charges against her. She declares he won, again. Twirl that moustache, old man!
Phyllis wants charges against herself, and Cane dropped. Christine says she hasn't agreed to dropping any charges and won't do what Victor says unless there's some pretty good proof. Otherwise, see y'all in court. Phyllis unloads on Christine.
Phyllis demands that Victor come clean so he can put his portrait back up on the wall in his office. Nick says the constant fighting is taking a toll. They share a child and used to be friends. He wants that back. Nick tells Christine about his overdose and Phyllis saving his life.
Victor says he will not implicate himself, and Nick says to just do it. Christine asks point-blank if he fabricated evidence. Victor sits in silence as Michael and Phyllis demand that he drop the charges when Victoria suddenly pops in.
Nick fills her in. Christine says that when Victoria handed over the emails, both she and her father said they were real. Even Christine's forensic team validated them. If it's true, the new District Attorney needs to hear it straight from the horse's mouth. Victor sits in his chair with his arms crossed as Phyllis' eyes bug out of her head from across the room. Please, let's end this storyline! I'm so over it.
Victor finally admits he did what he thought was necessary to get his company back. Christine is infuriated that he used her and asks if he can prove without the fabricated emails that Phyllis stole the company. Victor says no, he can't. Christine then asks if he can provide evidence that the emails were fabricated. Victor says that once Christine drops the charges, he will. Christine says she has no choice but to drop the charges, and she leaves.
Phyllis thanks Victor. Michael tells Victor that he'll have the paperwork to hand over the company ready within the hour. Phyllis and Michael leave.
Victor then tells Nick that he won. Victoria smiles.
ADAM & CHELSEA + A BUNDLE OF JOY?
At Crimson Lights, Chelsea tells Adam she is excited that Connor is doing so well. She tells Adam that he signed up for baseball on his own, he is on the honor roll, and he has a girlfriend. Adam then drops a bomb. He asks Chelsea if she wants to have another baby. They discuss it, and Chelsea wants to know if it's because Sally's pregnant with Billy's baby.
No, not the case according to Adam. Chelsea tells him she doesn't want to go through pregnancy again. She'd rather focus on Connor and making sure he's healthy and happy, especially with his mental health issues. Adam understands, and he says what they have with Connor will always be enough. Adam says he was just thinking about it; he doesn't need another kid.
Chelsea says she knows he's been thinking about Ava, the baby Sally lost when they were together. They have a sweet talk about her. He says he wasn't trying to bring Ava back when he asked about having a baby.
Victor then calls Adam and tells him to come to the ranch and bring Chelsea.
PHYLLIS CRUSHES THE BUG
At the bar, Phyllis asks Michael how she'll tell Lauren that she lost it all. Michael says, Lauren will be fine, don't worry. Phyllis wonders what happens next; she's right back where she was before.
Michael says she just won. Phyllis agrees, yes, she won, but then she lost. At that moment, Christine saunters into the bar and shoots Phyllis her trademark hateful look.
Phyllis walks right up to her, and a confrontation begins. Phyllis tells Christine that she could have just believed her when she told her the emails were fake. Instead, Christine deferred to Victor and humiliated Phyllis.
Phyllis says Christine just showed everyone in town that she's Victor's puppet. Phyllis really twists the knife and says she gets joy in seeing Christine's first big case as DA being a flop.
NEWMAN CELEBRATION
With Adam and Chelsea now at the ranch, the Newman family pops open a bottle of champagne, and Victoria gives a toast. Victor declares, they're back! But, WTF, why is Nick drinking champagne with sobriety issues?! Ridiculous.
As the rest of the family celebrates, Victor thanks Victoria for keeping his spirits up during the ordeal. She says Nikki is missing and should be here during this victory celebration. She implores her daddy to call her mom so they can get back together. Victor smiles and strokes his daughter's hair.
