Phyllis asks Cane what he has to sway her. Cane's response to Ms. Summers: he thinks he has something Phyllis will want so bad she won't be able to refuse. 

Kyle enters the Abbot living room with Billy and Diane there. Kyle asks Billy if Victor kidnapped his father and Diane looks to Billy for answers. Billy responds with an unexpected answer: Yes, Victor did kidnap Jack Abbot and he won't release Jack unless Billy hands over Chancellor by the end of the day.
