The Young and the Restless is adding a new character and his name is Detective Burrows, played by Matt Cohen (ex-Griffin, GH). Cohen makes his debut on Thursday, October 16, 2025. The character will be part of a new storyline described by the show as an 'LA Noir' themed mystery.
