Hope and Steffy Join Forces for Liam
On Monday’s B&B heartbreak parade, we open on Hope and Steffy clinging to each other like their lives depend on it—because let’s be real, emotionally, they kind of do. Steffy, through tears, drops the bomb to Hope: Liam is dying. That’s right. The man stuck in the middle of their love triangle for the past decade has an inoperable brain tumor, and he's keeping it a secret like it’s some casual stomach ache.
Hope is understandably wrecked, and Steffy explains Liam didn’t want anyone to know, but she told Hope anyway—because Hope’s the mother of Liam’s child and deserves to know the truth. That’s a grown woman move right there. Hope starts spiraling at the idea of telling their daughters that Daddy’s not going to be around. It’s gut-wrenching.

Hope demands to see Liam, and Steffy gives her the green light, but with a warning: pretend you’re clueless. Hope, sobbing and shaken, tells Steffy she won't. Their messy history aside, they’re family. And when tragedy knocks, family locks arms and walks through the fire together. That’s right—Steffy and Hope are officially a united front. Who saw that plot twist coming?

Liam and Dollar Bill Finally Make Amends
Over at Il Giordino, Liam and Bill are having their father-son redemption lunch. Bill apologizes for their epic blowup, and Liam, holding back more tears than a soap opera awards reel, forgives him instantly.

Liam starts opening up, clearly preparing to reveal his diagnosis, when of course Sheila saunters over like the chaos goblin she is. She thanks Bill for saving her granddaughter Luna, and even has the nerve to say she never thought she was a monster. Girl, Luna muredered two people and literally locked Steffy in a cage, inside a building that was about to be demolished.

Liam shuts her down with a “Bill is NOT Luna's daddy” and bless him for that. Once Sheila finally leaves, Liam brings the real drama. He tells Bill how much he respects and loves him. It’s emotional, raw, and long overdue. Bill tears up, too—and let’s be honest, the last time we saw Dollar Bill this soft was... never.
Bill tells Liam he made him a better man and refuses to accept his resignation from the company. According to Bill, Liam is the future. They exchange I love yous and it’s probably the most touching father-son moment in B&B history. Somewhere, Ridge is shaking.
Finn Shuts Luna Down—Hard
Meanwhile at the Cliff House, Luna decides unannounced pop-ins are the way to a long-lost father’s heart. Finn is not amused. He tells her straight-up there’s no room in his life for her—because, oh yeah, he’s married with a kid and that little thing called YOU ALMOST KILLED MY WIFE.

Luna pushes back, saying Steffy’s the one keeping them apart. Finn’s not having it. He tells her she’s done damage, and while she may be sorry, she’s also a grown woman who made choices. Finn is loyal to his family and isn’t about to let former cousin Luna-tic wiggle her way into their lives.

Just then, Steffy walks through the door and sees Luna standing in her living room with her husband. If looks could kill, Luna would’ve turned to ash. Steffy demands answers and cue the intensly dramatic music. The showdown is coming—and Luna better duck.
Liam and Hope Say the Unsaid
Liam heads over to Brooke’s place to meet Hope, and she’s barely holding it together. She tells him life without him is unimaginable. Liam, talks about Beth, Kelly, and all the joy his daughters bring him.
Hope, emotional but strong, tells Liam she regrets how their marriage ended and that she never meant to take him—or their love—for granted. Liam admits they both made mistakes. They hug and cry into each other’s shoulders like it’s their last day on earth. And honestly, for Liam, it might be.
Hope tells him she sees him in their daughter Beth, and that Beth really is the best of both of them. It's bittersweet, nostalgic, and soul-crushing in that classic The Bold and the Beautiful way.
