Hope’s Back in Business and Causing Whiplash
Over at Forrester, Brooke is practically levitating with joy because Hope is back on the payroll, thanks to a surprise olive branch from none other than Steffy. Ridge struts in just in time for Brooke to beam, “Isn’t this wonderful?” Meanwhile, Ridge is standing there like, “Excuse me, what now?” because this is the first he's hearing of it. He wants to know what changed. Hope tries to spin it like it's a beautiful moment of sisterhood and healing, but let’s be real—this turnaround is as sudden as one of Sheila’s comebacks.
Hope admits she wants to rebuild more than her career—she’s trying to earn Ridge’s trust again too. She even confesses her relationship with Carter took a messy turn and she’s now all about making things right. Ridge gives her the warm fuzzies, but you can tell he’s clocking every word. And speaking of Carter...
Hope’s Call Sends Carter Into a Spiral
At his loft, Carter is doing the absolute most—grimacing, brooding, and flashing back to every painful moment with Hope like he’s in a sad-boy music video. Just as he’s mid-moody montage, Hope calls with “news” and asks to talk. Carter, still emotionally wrecked, says yes faster than Steffy can throw shade. He tells Hope to come to his loft.
Back at Forrester, Hope tells Ridge and Brooke she’s looking forward to giving Carter a happy update. Let’s all pretend that’s going to go smoothly, shall we?
Liam Soaks in the Sympathy
Meanwhile, over at the cliff house, Steffy and Finn are having a cozy morning when Liam strolls in looking like a sad puppy. His medical scan showed no improvement, and now he’s throwing out melodramatic lines like “It’s going to be the death of me.”
Steffy breaks the news that she and Hope are done with the catfights and are finally putting their differences aside—for him and the girls. Liam is shook. “I never thought I’d hear you say that,” he gasps, probably picturing his two favorite women braiding each other’s hair. Steffy confirms it’s not a dream. They’re adults (allegedly), and the rivalry is dead. Liam is basking in the love when Finn gets a mysterious text from Dr. Buckingham. Could this be the miracle Liam needs?
Carter Gets the “It’s You” Speech… But Is It Too Late?
Hope arrives at Carter’s place ready to drop her big news, but Carter is already ten steps ahead and one emotional breakdown deep. When she tells him she’s back at Forrester, he’s stunned but suspicious. She credits her change of heart to—you guessed it—Liam, and Carter’s face crumples faster than a clearance rack dress at Forrester Creations.
He calls her out for cozying up to Liam and throws in that Daphne warned him this would happen. Hope tries to pivot with a heartfelt, “You’re the one I want, Carter,” but by now he’s got trust issues stacked a mile high. Even as she throws her arms around him, he looks like he’s not sure if he should hug her back or start packing his emotional baggage.
