In this full episode recap of The Bold and the Beautiful, hearts are breaking, secrets are cracking, and just about everyone is putting their nose where it doesn’t belong. Liam’s falling apart, Carter’s shooting his shot (again), and Daphne’s got her claws out.

Liam’s Tragic Turn
Over in the land of tortured sighs and moody lighting, Liam is clinging to Steffy like a life raft. They pull back from an emotional embrace (again), and he’s waxing poetic about miracles—not the medical kind, mind you, but the kind where enemies-turned-rivals (hello, Hope and Steffy) somehow come together in the name of "closure" before he, you know, dies. Yes, Liam has made it abundantly clear: he’s dying, and he wants to spend his remaining moments fixing the mess he created.

Liam & Steffy | B&B |
Steffy, being the compassionate queen she is, tells him to worry less about world peace and more about the actual brain issue that’s making him woozy on her living room floor. Enter Finn, who swoops in to steady Liam before he faceplants into the shag carpet. Finn says the neuro team is "hopeful", but Liam’s all about being “realistic”—which is Liam-speak for “dramatically fatalistic.”
Steffy tells him to come clean to Hope. Finn is trying to play supportively neutral, but let’s be real: he knows Steffy’s still deeply tied to Liam, even if he won’t say it out loud.
Carter’s Hail Mary & Deacon’s Dad Mode
Meanwhile, Carter is back on his relentless “pick me” tour. He shows up to profess his feelings to Hope—again—despite her obvious confusion about everything, including her own heart. Just as things are getting romantically murky, in barges Deacon, ready to scold Carter like he’s a high schooler caught behind the gym.
Hope, for her part, is having none of this overprotective dad energy. She makes it clear that she doesn’t need a chaperone. Carter dips out but not before dramatically declaring that he still wants a future with her. And honestly, we’re all just waiting for Hope to put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on her love life already.
Deacon tries to sell Liam like he’s a pre-owned Cadillac: not perfect, but reliable. And yes, Liam walks in mid-sales pitch. Deacon shakes his hand with glee before planting the idea that Liam might be her real happily-ever-after, then waltzes out like he didn’t just stir the pot and turn up the heat. Liam thanks Hope for being in his life, Hope looks confused again, and it’s all very “rom-com but make it tragic.”
Awkward Office Energy & Jealous Ex-Vibes
In a different corner of the Forrester universe, Will tries impressing Electra by knowing her birthstone (amethyst, darling), but their sweet moment is interrupted by Daphne, who is clearly on the warpath. She’s supposedly looking for Carter, but really, she’s out here throwing shade and hoping Hope disappears into a puff of irrelevant glitter.
Electra, bless her clueless optimism, says Carter might be with Hope—Daphne practically twitches at the thought. She’s fine with Electra’s jewelry, but Hope? Not so much. When Carter arrives, he overhears Daphne’s little anti-Hope manifesto, and instead of being stunned, he lets her double down. Daphne is ready for a fresh start—with her in the starring role, thank you very much.
Will and Electra wisely slink away to avoid the tension, and let’s be honest: they’re better off sticking to romantic jewelry metaphors than getting involved in that mess.
The Final Moments: Secrets, Soul-Searching & Silent Suffering
The episode winds down with Will being completely enchanted by Electra’s magic touch—creatively and otherwise.

Electra & Will | B&B |
Meanwhile, Daphne’s shooting her shot with Carter, boldly telling him to ditch Hope and take a chance on her. (We admire the confidence, even if the timing is questionable.)

Daphne & Carter | B&B |
Back at Chez Logan, Liam is all misty-eyed about their daughter Beth, flashing back to the moment he revealed she was alive. Hope is touched, but also increasingly suspicious of Liam’s weird vibes. He’s clearly on the verge of an emotional confession, but instead of dropping the bomb, he plays it safe with vague words about “soul-searching” and “appreciation.”
Hope isn’t buying it. “Will you please tell me what is wrong?” she asks—point-blank. And that’s where we leave it: a teary Liam, a desperate Hope, and the crushing weight of everything unsaid.
