Cane and Phyllis Play Dangerous Games

Cane was less than thrilled when Phyllis once again appeared on his beloved train, practically stalking him at this point. She grilled him with tough questions about whether she was wasting her time and if he planned to shatter her dreams. Cane brushed her off, insisting dream-crushing wasn’t on his to-do list. But Phyllis is all in, ready to hack companies if it helps him win. She even bragged that she’d have Victor groveling at her feet one day. Cane, amused but intrigued, asked if she knew anything about artificial intelligence. Of course Phyllis did, and she vowed to study up fast. Cane’s mission is huge and risky, and Phyllis is strapping herself in for the ride.

Audra Spins While Nate Calls Her Bluff

At Crimson Lights, Audra was in panic mode, insisting Claire lied about her shady deal with Victor. Nate wasn’t buying it and gave her one last shot at honesty. Instead, Audra doubled down, swearing Kyle made her look bad while Claire stirred the pot. Nate pushed harder, but her excuses didn’t add up. Their argument spilled onto the patio, where Nate made it clear he felt like the fool in this relationship. Audra, playing her last card, stormed off in a fury, declaring it was Nate’s loss. Later, when Phyllis taunted her, Audra defended herself and even took shots at Phyllis’ checkered past. But it was too late — Nate was done.

Family Drama Hits Cane Hard

While Cane tried to focus on his business ventures, his personal life hit him square in the face. Devon and Lily updated each other on the fallout, revealing Cane’s twins wanted nothing to do with him. Cane’s heart broke when he received a text begging him to stop calling, telling him they didn’t even know who he was anymore. Lily caught him looking devastated and wasn’t surprised. Cane admitted he thought he was protecting his family, but in reality, he left them scarred and angry. His attempt to justify his choices rang hollow, and Lily made it clear that excuses wouldn’t mend the damage.

Nate and Devon Compare Notes

After his fight with Audra, Nate joined Devon at the bar. He confessed her story made no sense and he pushed and pushed, but she kept singing the same tired tune. In the end, Audra walked out on him. Nate worried he might have blown up a relationship that could have been real, but Devon set him straight. He reminded Nate that Audra has done nothing but drag him down and that he deserves much better. When even Devon is tired of Audra’s mess, you know the writing is on the wall.
