Ava Ditches Ric and Ends Up Poolside With Cody

Ava swung by the hospital to lure Ric out for some poolside fun, but he was buried in Willow’s case and barely looked up. Even Liz’s interruption couldn’t break through his tunnel vision. Ava wasn't having it. After getting the cold shoulder from Ric, she texted Cody and strutted her way to the Metro Court pool.

Cody, still moping over Molly, tried to dodge Felicia’s BBQ invite, but she wore him down. Once poolside, he didn’t need much convincing to cool off — especially once Ava started moaning and rubbing ice on herself like a scene straight out of a romance novel. When she slid some ice down Cody’s chest, Kristina walked in and got an eyeful of that very adult moment.

Ric, meanwhile, kept himself busy flirting with Liz, who lit up at Jake’s messages from Norway. Stella later suggested Ric’s legal passion for Willow might actually be about Liz. Honestly, it’s starting to look that way.

Sidwell’s Web Tightens as Lucy Spills the Beans

Drew tracked down Sidwell at the cafĂ© and didn’t mince words — he wants leverage on Sonny, and fast. Sidwell played it cool but knew Drew wasn’t bluffing. Lucy showed up next, cluelessly chatty and hoping this was a cozy lunch for two. Instead, she got a business meeting with Jordan, too.

As if it couldn’t get messier, Lucy blurted out to Sidwell and Jordan that the Deception crew voted not to go to the police. Maxie was the lone dissenter, but Lucy made it clear they hoped Jordan’s stepdaughter would stay quiet. Sidwell was not thrilled with that little nugget, and Jordan kept her poker face — barely.

Meanwhile, Jordan privately admitted to Laura that she still had no hard evidence on Sidwell but suspected he was laundering dirty dealings through Marco. Laura warned her to be careful. No badge means no backup.

Anna Faces Off With Teen Rebels and a Furious HOA President

Anna found herself babysitting a barking Outback after Emma and Gio played the “we have plans” card. She was already worried the two were planning something drastic involving Dalton, and her fears weren’t unfounded. Emma later tried to get keys to the lecture hall, only to find out the event was canceled. Yep — Anna beat her to the punch.

Back at home, Anna’s cover got blown when Mabel, the neighborhood’s power-hungry HOA queen, stormed into Laura’s office. She declared Anna a criminal for secretly housing a dog and accused her of tanking property values. The woman even had audio evidence. Anna tried to play innocent, but Laura could only shrug. Looks like Outback needs a new place to stay.

Kristina Plays Catch-Up While Drew Pushes a Custody Play

At the Metro Court, Kristina joined Alexis for lunch and got an update on her mother’s latest stunt — cutting Ric out with a little help from Ava. Kristina had doubts, especially about dragging Molly into this mess. But Alexis stood by her decision and reminded Kristina why they’re doing it.

Later, Drew sat down with Martin, trying to recruit him to fight for Willow in court. Martin said no way — Michael’s looking like a saint right now, and nothing will change that. When Alexis swooped in with a favor for Scout, Martin took the opportunity to run, and honestly, who can blame him?

Meanwhile, back at the bar, Ric retained Martin to help him legally sever ties with Ava — all while Ava was poolside kissing Cody. Ric wants out, and he wants it airtight. Looks like Ava’s in for a shock when she finds out.

Brook Lynn Comes Clean and the Deception Drama Grows

Sonny stopped by to check on Brook Lynn, who confessed to the whole Rocco mess — including her half-baked plan to hurt Lulu. Sonny believed her and was more concerned about Rocco learning the truth in a safe way.

Then came the Deception drama. Brook Lynn told Sonny the ladies decided not to involve the police. He reassured her that he’d never put her company in danger, and they shared a sweet moment. But between Lucy’s loose lips and Sidwell’s shady alliances, this scandal is far from over.
