Things got deliciously dramatic on Friday's The Bold and the Beautiful. In this B&B recap, Nick moved fast with a jaw-dropping proposal plan, Eric dropped truth bombs all over the place, and Katie stirred the pot just the way we like it. Meanwhile, Taylor clung to denial, and Finn took a crack at getting answers from the ever-shifty Grace. From Italy to Los Angeles, the heat was on.

Nick Skips the Chase and Reaches for the Ring

Nick must’ve decided romance was a sprint because he went from sweet messages to pulling out a diamond ring without so much as a dinner reservation. On the dock in Italy, he gazed at the water like a lovesick sailor and reminisced about his cigar-smoking, swaggering debut as “Captain Nick Payne.” Clearly, he thinks Brooke is still the catch of the century.

While he practiced proposing in his head, Eric caught him red-handed with the ring box. And to say he was horrified would be putting it mildly. Eric couldn’t believe Nick was ready to go full steam ahead with a proposal, skipping past all the “getting to know you again” formalities. This wasn’t just moving fast. This was highway-speed reckless.

Meanwhile, Brooke was in her suite trying to get lost in her thoughts and her scenic views, but even Naples couldn’t distract her from the Ridge of it all. When Eric stormed in, she didn’t get five minutes to gush about the scenery before he launched into a full-blown warning session. He urged her not to let Nick worm his way in during a vulnerable moment. His words? “Don’t give in to Nick.” Brooke, of course, had plans to meet the man right then and there. Timing, Eric. Timing.

Taylor Gets a Reality Check from Katie

Back in Los Angeles, Katie took a break from her PR duties to pop into the Forrester mansion and stir up some trouble. Her target? Taylor. Her weapon? A big, shiny reminder that Ridge was in Italy with Brooke. Let’s just say Taylor didn’t receive that bit of news with grace and composure.

The two wasted no time diving into their usual back-and-forth. Taylor tried to argue that Brooke would end up with Nick and that Ridge wouldn’t get in the way. Katie laughed and reminded her that Eric clearly wants Ridge and Brooke back together. Taylor, ever the optimist (or delusional, depending on how you look at it), predicted that Eric’s interference would crash and burn. Katie’s smug smile said otherwise.

Finn Tries to Crack Grace

Over at the hospital, Finn and Bridget were still puzzling over Liam’s sketchy medical miracle. They rehashed the situation like they were rehearsing for a courtroom drama, pointing out that nothing about the surgery or the recovery makes sense.

Enter Grace Buckingham. Finn didn’t waste time. He put on his best stern-doctor face and questioned her about Liam’s unbelievable bounce-back. Grace smiled sweetly and suggested they just trust her before making a quick exit. She didn’t break under pressure, but Finn isn’t giving up just yet. Something is definitely off, and he knows it.

Brooke Waits for Nick… but Dreams of Ridge

Back in Italy, Brooke waited alone for Nick but couldn’t stop thinking about Ridge. Cue another round of memory lane, complete with soft-focus flashbacks and lingering gazes. Just when it seemed like she was going to be swept away in nostalgia, Ridge showed up behind her and tapped her on the shoulder.

Now the real question is, will Brooke say yes to Nick's grand gesture or fall right back into Ridge’s arms? Knowing her, this could go either way.
