Audra Spins for Victor

Fresh off her failed attempt to seduce Kyle, Audra rushed to the bar cart for a debrief with Victor. She pressed for updates on Damian’s murder suspect, but Victor had only one concern: had she sealed the deal with Kyle? Audra tried to play it cool, insisting everything was on track even though Kyle had already called her out. Victor demanded results immediately.

Michael arrived with news that Nick and Sharon had been arrested, and Victor bristled at the interruption. Michael made it clear their predicament mattered to him, but Victor was already plotting his next move. After hearing that Cane’s property rights made freeing Nick and Sharon legally impossible, Victor vowed to take matters into his own hands. Lauren, furious with Victor for pulling Michael into his schemes, speculated that Cane was after Chancellor and possibly armed with old secrets passed down from his father Colin.

Kyle Learns the Stakes

Jack and Diane filled Kyle in on Nick and Sharon’s arrest, only to have him drop his own bombshell. Audra had tried to seduce him under Victor’s orders, a move Kyle suspected was part of a larger plan to split him from Claire. He reminded his parents about the ironclad contract he signed with Victor, one that would cost him five million dollars and exile from Genoa City if he hurt Claire. Determined to tell Victor Audra failed, Kyle got a stern warning from Jack and Diane. With Victor seething over Nick’s detention, any confrontation could be disastrous.

Nikki and Victor Confront Cane

In the garden, Nikki unleashed her fury on Cane for keeping Nick and Sharon under house arrest. Cane insisted his actions were purely for security, claiming Nick had already tried to harm him. Nikki shot back that Cane might come after her company, Chancellor, but touching her children would ignite a war. She accused Cane of turning into his father, a jab that made Cane bristle as he denied the comparison.

Nikki cut to the chase and asked how much money it would take to buy Nick’s freedom. Victor arrived mid-showdown and demanded Nick and Sharon’s immediate release, accusing Cane of using them as pawns to strong-arm control of Chancellor. Cane’s assistant Carter appeared and whispered something in his ear, prompting Cane to rush off with Victor and Nikki hot on his heels. Nearby, Kyle lingered with Jack and Diane, still desperate to tell Victor about Audra but wisely holding back.

Nick and Sharon’s Locked-Up Nightmare

In their grim cell, Nick fumed over being framed while Sharon wrestled with panic and painful flashbacks to her past kidnapping. Nick assured her this was nothing like that and promised Chance or Victor would secure their release. Feeling guilty for dragging Sharon into the mess, Nick was comforted by her reminder that keeping him steady had always been her job.

They shared a bittersweet laugh over their history while trying to piece together Cane’s motives. As Sharon’s anxiety surged, Nick calmed her by recalling happier days while vacationing in London. Holding her close, he vowed that nothing would happen to either of them.
