Steffy Heads to School… Straight Into Luna’s Trap
At the Cliff House, Taylor nervously clutched Hayes’ creepy origami fortune teller, clearly haunted by yesterday’s not-so-subtle warning: a woman’s face with Xs for eyes. Steffy emerged from the bedroom and said Hayes was playing, then dropped the real bomb. She was headed to Hayes’ school to meet with his art teacher, Ms. Dylan. Something about this Ms. Sunshine character just didn’t sit right. Spoiler alert: it’s about to get a whole lot worse.
Steffy and Taylor reviewed the disturbing drawings again and agreed this was wildly inappropriate. Whatever “Ms. Sunshine” had planned, it was no kindergarten-level arts and crafts. Steffy hugged her mom and left, while Taylor looked like she was trying to hold herself together with sheer willpower and a side of dread.
Sheila Has a Meltdown of Her Own
Back at Il Giardino, Sheila replayed Luna’s ominous words in her head. Her granddaughter had confessed she just wanted a relationship with Finn and could have it if Steffy were gone. The “going out with a bang” comment kept echoing. Sheila finally snapped out of it and called Finn and left a message. This time, she wasn’t calling to cause chaos. She was genuinely scared. And when Sheila’s scared, everyone should be.
Sheila headed over to Steffy's in frantic, panic-mode. She told Taylor she had to talk to Steffy and Finn because it was about her granddaughter. Yes, Luna. Taylor snapped back that Sheila had been told to stay away, but Sheila wasn’t having it. She said Luna was spiraling and might be dangerous. When Taylor told her Luna pulled a gun on Will and is now targeting Steffy, Sheila was visibly shaken. Even more so when she admitted Luna had said she was leaving Los Angeles and “going out with a bang.” Taylor looked like she was about to faint. The alarm bells were screaming now.
Classroom Horror: Steffy Walks Into Luna’s Nightmare
Over at the school, the horror movie vibes were in full effect. Luna, gun in hand, stood over a panicked Ms. Dylan who had already called Steffy, just as Luna demanded. The teacher begged her not to hurt anyone, especially Steffy. In response, a smiling Luna gagged her, slapped on some handcuffs, and stuffed her in a closet like she was storing supplies. It was unhinged behavior in the creepiest way possible.
When Steffy arrived, the school was eerily empty. She called for Ms. Dylan, unaware of the closet-bound hostage just a few feet away. Luna entered, locked the door, and began ranting about being Finn’s daughter and accused Steffy of trying to cut her off from her father. Steffy realized with horror that Ms. Sunshine was actually Luna. The moment turned life-threatening when Luna pulled a gun, claiming Steffy broke her heart and now Steffy was going to let her see her father. The look on Steffy’s face? Pure terror. This was no school visit. This was a showdown.
Finn Faces Liam’s Grim Reality
At the hospital, Dr. Grace Buckingham filled Finn in on Liam’s medical crisis. His brain tumor is growing and inoperable, and while treatment might give him a bit more time, it’s risky and Liam’s been avoiding the decision. Grace urged Finn to intervene today. Time was not on their side. Between texts interrupting and phone calls she wouldn’t explain, Grace was visibly overwhelmed, but stayed focused on Liam’s case.
Finn told Grace to take a break, reminding her he’s heard about her complicated family history. He offered a listening ear if she ever needed one. A rare quiet moment in a day filled with chaos.
Hope Pushes Liam to Tell the Truth
At Forrester Creations, Hope checked in with Liam. He said spending time with their kids was what mattered now, but he knew Beth would soon pick up that something was wrong. He hated being treated like he was already gone and wanted to focus on others, especially Hope, Beth, Kelly, and Steffy. That’s Liam, always the hero to the end.
Hope said it might be time to tell Bill, Wyatt, and Will. Liam asked if he was being selfish by keeping the truth to himself. Hope said no, he was trying to protect them, but the truth couldn’t stay buried much longer. When a timer went off for his pills, Liam confirmed he was taking them regularly. He wanted every minute he could get.
Then came the shocker. Liam revealed Will wore a wire to get Luna to confess. It didn’t work. Luna found the wire, pulled a gun on Will, and is now on the run. Hope vowed to remain vigilant. Luna wouldn’t get close to anyone in her family. Not if she had anything to say about it.
This episode of The Bold and the Beautiful delivered pure soap adrenaline. Luna’s unhinged hostage stunt, Sheila’s rare moment of panic, and Liam’s quietly devastating illness all collided into one explosive day. With Steffy trapped and Luna armed, this is more than a family feud. This is survival. And tomorrow? Someone might not make it out.
