Gio’s Caught Between Bombshells and Bomb Threats

Willow stopped by the Metro Court pool and found Gio on lifeguard duty. She offered some kind words about betrayal and loyalty, clearly referencing his Nurse’s Ball bombshell. Gio appreciated the support, but the kid barely got to breathe before Tracy swooped in with full grandma energy and a warning: get away from Sonny or get ready for a grave plot next to Uncle Morgan. Ouch.

Tracy laid it all out for Gio. He may feel close to Sonny, but blood doesn’t keep you safe when mob wars break out. She begged him to come home to the Quartermaines, but Gio refused. When Emma joined in with iced tea and backup, Tracy wasn't having it. Emma’s loyalty held strong though, insisting Gio was safe living with her and Anna. But Tracy went full scorched earth, dragging Sonny’s entire track record. She dared Gio to visit the pub rubble, check on Aunt Kristina, and stop by Morgan’s grave while he’s at it. Just a casual guilt trip with a body count.

Maxie and Michael Reflect on Hope, Loss and Custody Battles

At Carly’s, Maxie stopped by to check on Daisy. Michael thanked her for planning the christening and said it gave him hope for their family’s future. They briefly touched on the custody case, both hoping things would calm down after the visitation hearing. If only they knew what Wiley was about to shout at the pool.

Willow and Wiley Reconnect, Michael Puts Up Walls

Later, Willow sat by the pool watching Michael swim with Wiley like a woman on the outside looking in. She asked for time with her son, but Michael was all rules and boundaries and reminded her they have to wait until the August 1st visitation hearing. But when Wiley saw her, that plan went right out the window. “Mommy!” he cried, launching into Willow’s arms. Michael didn’t stop him, but he definitely watched with those judgmental dimples and a set of distractingly perfect pecs. As Wiley told Willow he missed her, Willow cried, and Michael quietly said “I know.” The whole thing was heartbreak wrapped in a hug.

Trina and Kai Talk Fireworks and Forever

Trina and Kai cuddled on lounge chairs while talking Fourth of July plans and life goals. Willow dropped by to praise Kai’s political instincts, which apparently include faking phone calls to help Drew. Trina, however, isn’t thrilled about Kai getting chummy with Quartermaines. She warned him to steer clear of their drama. Kai sweet-talked her with declarations about love being worth the risk. Trina agreed and declared that Kai is worth it too. Young love with a side of looming family chaos? Classic GH.

Rocco Starts Digging and Britt’s Name Rises from the Ashes

Over at the coffee shop, Rocco and Danny were gossiping like pint-sized detectives. Rocco wanted the truth about Britt Westbourne, especially after finding out she might be his biological mother. Emma joined and confirmed Britt wasn’t exactly beloved, except by her dad. Emma hinted Britt tried to trap Patrick by getting pregnant. She urged Rocco to talk to his parents and said he deserved the truth. Danny tried to be the voice of reason, but Rocco’s on a mission now.

Meanwhile, Lulu was busy grilling her mom about disavowing Sonny. Laura refused to toss Sonny under the bus, citing both family loyalty and mayoral strategy. Lulu insisted voters only read headlines, not nuance. Off the record, Laura shared Sonny’s warning about Sidwell and said betraying him could play right into Sidwell’s hands. Later, when Rocco came home, Lulu braced for some quality bonding. Instead, he stared her down and said, “Tell me about Britt Westbourne.” She looked like she’d seen a ghost.

Brook Lynn Buried a Secret and Maxie Dug It Up

Back at the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn and Tracy talked shop about Deception’s mounting problems. Tracy warned no one was safe until Sonny was taken down, and Brook Lynn tried to stay optimistic. When Maxie arrived, Brook Lynn spilled everything: Deception was tainted with Sonny’s dirty money, Natalia was dead, and Gio might never forgive her if she tells the cops. Maxie wanted to hand over the files but accidentally grabbed the wrong one — and found an old pic of Britt. Brook Lynn confessed she had been planning revenge on Lulu using Britt’s past embryo theft — the one that resulted in Rocco.

Brook Lynn admitted she backed off after realizing it would only hurt Rocco. She said Lulu might deserve payback but Rocco doesn’t. She let the whole plot go because, as she put it, “I’m better than her.” Shocker: Brook Lynn’s growth arc might be real.

Sonny Gets Interrogated Without His Lifeline

At the PCPD, ADA Turner showed up for a little chat with Sonny. The catch? Diane wasn’t allowed in. Turner pushed Sonny to talk without counsel, saying Natalia died right after handing over evidence against him. Sonny accused Turner of going too hard on Natalia and implied she might feel responsible for the outcome. Turner countered that either Natalia was pushed so hard she snapped or Sonny silenced her. It was a brutal back and forth with no punches pulled. Turner eventually walked out, but not before leaving Sonny stewing in silence.

Then came Laura, who paid Sonny a visit and reminded him that he’d warned her about Sidwell. She asked for answers now that things have gone nuclear. Whether Sonny gives them is another story entirely.

Jason and Dante Connect the Dots and Plot the Next Move

At Sonny’s house, Jason was on the phone with Diane, furious that she couldn’t get to Sonny. Dante showed up to say Selina Wu was the prime suspect in the fire and that she hopped a flight to Singapore. But he wasn’t sold. He asked Jason who else could be behind the attack, and Jason gave him a pointed look. Dante answered his own question: Sidwell.

Dante said he’s off the case, accused of bias, and warned Jason not to retaliate. Jason kept quiet but made it clear he didn’t want to hurt Dante — just the people threatening their family. Once Dante left, Jason took a call and gave a chilling response: “I’ll let you know when Sonny says to move.” Looks like retaliation is already in motion.

Thursday's GH was filled with emotion, revelations, and quiet threats with loud consequences. Sonny’s got enemies at every angle, Rocco is on a quest for truth, and Willow’s still fighting to be a mom again. The battle lines are drawn and if today’s any clue, no one’s walking away clean. Soap Opera Reviews delivers daily spoilers and recaps so you never miss a thing. We live for the drama!
