General Hospital Recap - Thursday, July 24, 2025 | Nina Hits Her Breaking Point and Curtis Drops a Bomb on Willow

A day of big moves, shattered illusions, and family feuds. On Thursday's General Hospital Nina faces the horrifying truth about her daughter, Curtis drops a gut‑punch secret on Willow just as she’s about to say I do, and Lucas finally stands up to Sonny. Meanwhile, Carly tries to keep the Corinthos clan from imploding as danger still lurks in the shadows.

Nina’s Wedding Day Meltdown

At the chapel, Nina’s smile is as fake as the bouquet in her hand. She gifts Willow a borrowed bracelet and watches her beam, the same way she did when Sasha and Daisy skipped town. Obrecht’s offhand comment about not torturing babies sends Nina spiraling. Could her sweet, saintly daughter be behind all the baby drama? When Ava finds Nina crying in the hallway, Nina unloads the terrifying thought that Willow might be the one who tormented Daisy. Ava can’t believe it, but Nina can’t shake the chilling grin she saw on Willow’s face. One thing’s for sure: she’s not about to let her daughter marry Drew. By the time Curtis arrives to drop a nuclear truth bomb on Willow, Nina’s already storming off with one mission… stop this wedding.

Curtis Comes Clean

Curtis races against the clock to save Portia’s career and decides honesty is his best weapon. He barges into Willow’s bridal suite and tells her the one thing that could ruin everything: last summer, while she was falling in love with Drew, her fiancé and her mother were sneaking around together. Willow’s stunned silence says it all. Will she still walk down that aisle after learning this betrayal?

Lucas Stands Tall

Lucas wakes up in Marco’s bed, basking in new love, but reality crashes in at the Metro Court pool. Marco wants to dodge the Corinthos clan, but Lucas refuses to hide. He faces Sonny head‑on, sarcastically thanking him for “sending a key” while Marco was missing. Sonny brushes him off, warning him not to call the cops again. Later, Lucas confronts Carly, who insists Sonny’s right and tells her brother to take a hard look at his choices. Lucas isn’t backing down, even as Carly storms off. Marco may be dangerous territory, but Lucas isn’t about to let Sonny dictate his life anymore.

Carly and Michael Brace for the Fallout

Sonny reassures Carly that Sidwell’s backed off Measure C, meaning the family’s safe for now. Michael’s not convinced and still thinks Sasha’s better off out of town. His heartbreak over Willow marrying Drew is palpable, but he insists his priority is protecting the kids. When Wiley throws a tantrum over his mom marrying “Uncle Drew,” Michael comforts him, hiding his own pain. Carly knows today will hurt, but for now, all she can do is hold her family together.
