The Bold and the Beautiful Recap - Friday, June 20, 2025 | Brooke and Taylor Go Toe-to-Toe, While Deacon Drills Carter Over Hope

On The Bold and the Beautiful, Friday’s drama had it all: Brooke and Taylor trading barbs like it’s their full-time job, Steffy pressing for Daphne’s return like she’s running a perfume boot camp, and Deacon laying down the law with Carter over Hope’s ring. This B&B recap is packed with tension, sass, and just enough petty to keep it delicious.

Brooke | B&B, CBS

Brooke and Taylor Reignite Their Favorite Pastime: Sniping Over Ridge

At the Forrester mansion, Brooke swings by with some paperwork for Eric, but you know she didn’t come just to hand off some documents. Taylor is on the phone wrapping up some business with a patient, and Brooke plays nice, calling her a dedicated healer. Taylor immediately knows something’s up and snarks right back.

Naturally, the topic turns to Nick Marone. Taylor brings it up like she’s just so casually curious, but she’s not fooling anyone. Brooke admits seeing Nick again was delightful, thank you very much. He’s still gorgeous, charming, and clearly still into her. Taylor practically smirks, wondering if Nick’s return is all about Brooke being single again. Brooke doesn’t deny it, and Taylor suddenly decides Nick might actually be a great match for her rival.

Of course, things get shadier. Brooke throws in that Ridge is definitely jealous of Nick, and Taylor’s forced to play defense. Brooke isn’t buying it. Ridge ran straight back to Taylor, but now that Nick is sniffing around, Ridge is acting territorial. Brooke sees it all clearly now, and Taylor’s pretending to wish her the best, while barely choking out the words. Classic.

Steffy Doubles Down on Daphne Drama

Back at Forrester Creations, Steffy is pushing her Daphne agenda harder than ever. She has a new men’s fragrance sample and thinks it’s Daphne’s best work yet. Translation: she wants her back in L.A. immediately, regardless of Hope’s feelings or the emotional landmines involved.

Carter’s caught in the middle, again. He mentions maybe bringing back Hope For the Future, but Steffy is not about to let Hope’s past heartbreaks influence business. Ridge joins the conversation and throws in his two cents, which include blaming Carter and Hope for the past messes and insisting they all need to move on.

Steffy then switches gears and clocks her dad’s obvious distraction. Surprise, surprise: it’s Brooke. Ridge admits he caught her with Nick and didn’t love it. Steffy instantly assumes the worst and jokes that Brooke was probably mid-romp. Ridge says that’s not what he walked in on, but he’s still irritated enough to be spiraling. Steffy says what we’re all thinking—he sounds jealous—and she knows Brooke is eating this all up. Ridge insists he’s just being protective, but Steffy’s not buying it.

Deacon Puts Carter in the Hot Seat Over Hope

At Il Giardino, Deacon is giving Hope’s engagement ring the once-over, but his eyes say, “I’ve got questions.” He admits he has his issues with Carter but says the choice is Hope’s. Still, he can’t help but ask if she’s sure she’s ready for all this. Hope insists she’s more than sure.

Deacon throws in a dad joke about pawning the ring for a pizza oven, then gets serious again. He hugs her, says he’s happy if she’s happy, but that concerned-parent energy is all over his face. When Hope says she hasn’t set a date yet, Deacon lights up at the idea of walking her down the aisle—even if Carter once punched him.

Hope reassures her dad that she and Carter are solid. Yes, there was that messy moment with Daphne, but they’ve worked through it. Deacon listens, but he doesn’t forget. He reminds her how crushed she was when Carter kissed Daphne, and you know a dad never forgets the guy who hurt his daughter.

Right on cue, Carter walks in and Deacon wastes no time. He says he’s got something to get off his chest and lays it out plainly. Carter might have come to him like a gentleman, but he better not screw this up again. Carter promises he won’t. He says he’ll spend the rest of his life making Hope happy. Deacon stares him down, then shakes his hand—but he’ll be watching. And in Carter’s mind, Steffy’s voice echoes, urging him to talk Hope into forgiving Daphne. As if this situation needed more pressure.
