General Hospital Recap - Friday, June 20, 2025 | Willow’s Wedding Shock: Why She’s Saying Yes to Drew and What Nina Really Thinks

Willow makes a wild decision, Nina is dangerously close to snapping, and Curtis recruits Tracy for a revenge tour. Here’s your full GH recap for Friday’s drama-packed episode.

Nina and Willow | GH, ABC

Willow Puts a Ring on It... Sort Of

Willow’s had better mornings. She’s exhausted, heartsick, and missing her kids like crazy. Drew bounces in from his jog all chipper and full of bad ideas, like making her breakfast and reminding her he’s the reason she lost her children in the first place. Naturally, he follows that up with a pitch for marriage. Romantic? Hardly. Strategic? You bet.

Willow isn’t sold on using a wedding band as a legal tactic, but then Martin swoops in with his legal spiel and sprinkles just enough hope into her day to tip the scales. She says yes, they kiss, and just like that, Port Charles is one messy marriage closer to imploding.

Nina’s Losing Grip, Ava’s Playing Therapist

While Drew and Willow plan their not-so-fairytale wedding, Nina’s falling apart at the gallery. Ava, who’s been ghosted by her friend, finally tracks her down and hears the meltdown firsthand. Nina’s terrified she’s lost Willow forever and is one confession away from torching what little remains of their relationship.

Ava, who’s made more than her share of mother-daughter mistakes, tells Nina to zip it. The last thing Nina needs is to admit she slept with Drew and hand him even more control. If Willow finds out the wrong way, she might just cut Nina off for good. Ava’s advice? Sit tight, say nothing, and try not to explode.

Tracy’s Not Sorry, But She’ll Pretend to Be

Over at the Quartermaine mansion, Curtis shows up with a pitch for Tracy: team up and drag Drew through the mud. She’s all ears until she learns Martin wants her to apologize publicly and play nice. That’s rich, considering she still swears Drew drugged himself and framed her.

Still, Curtis has a secret weapon—he’s hunting down Jacinda to prove Tracy’s innocence. Meanwhile, Martin drops by to push the apology plan, and Tracy nearly laughs in his face. But after enough pressure from Curtis and Michael, she snatches Martin’s prepared statement and rips it to shreds before agreeing to read it anyway. One fake apology comin' right up.

Softball, Stray Dogs, and a Side of Sonny

The park is buzzing with summer vibes as Gio and Emma bond over softball and stumble across a stray dog with no collar and a love for theft. Emma’s ready to adopt the little troublemaker and name her Outback—because of course she is.

Across the field, Anna and Sonny throw barbs over softball rivalry and pretend they’re not secretly thrilled to have something lighthearted to argue about. DA Turner shows up wanting to join Anna’s team and do some “networking,” which is code for “distract myself from this Sonny nonsense.” Later, Sonny flirts with Turner after a ball nearly nails him, charming her with compliments about her smile and teasing her about her non-existent swing.

Michael Gets a Wake-Up Call

At the pool, Michael’s struggling to keep his Drew-hate under control. Kristina tells him to chill and stop self-destructing over Willow’s choices. He hears her, kind of, and vows to focus on the kids instead of letting his resentment drive him into chaos. Good luck with that, buddy.

Meanwhile, Wiley’s swim lesson leaves behind more than just splashes—he forgets his shirt, which Willow finds later when she meets Nina at the pool. Willow clings to it like it’s a lifeline, insisting he was there. Nina gently breaks the news that he wasn’t and reminds her that showing up where she’s not allowed could blow everything. Willow agrees but announces she’s marrying Drew before the visitation hearing anyway. Because what could go wrong?

Trina’s Torn, Kai Gets Hired

Trina and Kai are enjoying some cozy time until he drops the news: Drew offered him a job. Trina doesn’t love it, but she supports him. Luckily, Kai isn’t about to pack up for DC. He wants to graduate, stay in Port Charles, and be with her. So Drew adjusts the offer—Kai can stay local and rep him in town. Kai accepts, ready to trade football for a front-row seat in Drew Cain’s chaos parade.
