Dani’s Love Life Is a Hot Mess, and She Knows It
Dani and Andre are glowing with post-bedroom bliss, but don't get it twisted — this isn’t your average rom-com morning. Andre’s all in, giving Dani the full sensitive-and-sexy combo, but she’s still hung up on the emotional wreckage Bill left behind. She admits that even though Andre makes her feel wanted, part of her is still broken from Bill’s betrayal. And to top it off, she’s juggling sexy-time with a man upstairs and yelling down to Vernon like it’s some twisted sitcom.
When Vernon gets a call from Jacob about Naomi — and suspects Bill's drama is behind it — he bolts like a man on a mission. Dani, left behind with a shirtless Andre and a shattered heart, tries to pull herself together long enough to go check on Bill. Because of course she does.
Bill’s Bedside Circus Comes With Kisses and Cluelessness
Let’s talk about Bill, who’s recovering from a stroke and acting like he’s the CEO of the hospital. He’s taking work calls, grabbing for his Bluetooth, and nearly hurling himself out of bed in the process. Ashley’s trying to get him to rest, but Bill’s got zero chill. Cue Hayley, who walks in just in time to see this nonsense and smooches him good morning like nothing’s wrong.
Hayley’s over it, and she’s not subtle. She wants to know who handed Bill work to do, but he’s staying tight-lipped. When she offers parenting books instead, he pretends that’s not a dig. Dr. Madison Montgomery pops in with another stroke protocol test, and while Bill does better, his left side is still giving “needs improvement.” Madison makes it clear he needs rehab — enter Shanice, who is about to take over as his physical therapist. That sound you hear? Bill’s ego deflating.
Chelsea’s Camera Obsession Meets Madison’s Eye Roll
Chelsea is still in content queen mode, following Madison around the hospital like her own personal reality show crew. She’s filming, asking invasive questions, and Madison is one eye-roll away from unplugging the Wi-Fi. Madison politely explains that medicine is her passion and she graduated early, but let’s be honest — she’s clearly not here for Chelsea’s influencer energy. After a painfully awkward back-and-forth, Madison escapes to do her actual job, leaving Chelsea to hunt for her next on-camera victim.
The Articulettes Try to Unpack Decades of Drama
Over at Anita and Vernon’s mansion, things take a turn for the dramatic when Tracy and Sharon show up uninvited. Anita’s ready to revoke their guest passes permanently, but Tracy’s not going anywhere until she says her piece. Vernon dips out to go check on Dani (because someone has to), and Anita braces herself for the showdown.
Tracy gets real — Barbara’s death hit them all hard, but fighting won’t bring her back. She wants a final Articulettes concert, one last hurrah. Anita’s skeptical, Sharon’s emotionally fried, and Tracy’s out here trying to revive their sisterhood with nothing but memories and determination. She reminds them how they helped her survive after her father’s death, how their bond once held them together. Whether that’s enough to get the band back together is anyone’s guess, but Tracy’s making her case loud and clear.
