Anita Owns Her Savage Side — Finally
When Vernon rolls up with comfort food, hoping to smooth things over between Anita and Tracy, he clearly missed the memo that this isn't your average girls' night. Anita’s still in defense mode, talking about sacrifices and ambition like she’s auditioning for a TED Talk. But Tracy? She’s not here for the self-pity monologue. She calls Anita out for glossing over the ugly truth with sparkly nostalgia.
That’s when Anita has had enough — she tries to shut it all down, even offering to pay for Tracy’s flight home. But Tracy flips the script and calls Anita’s bluff, challenging her to face what really went down between them. And guess what? Anita folds like a lawn chair. She apologizes, admits she ghosted the group for her solo dreams, and Tracy tentatively agrees to the reunion — with one big catch: Sharon has to sign on, and she’s not exactly answering Anita’s calls. Lucky for Anita, Tracy’s got Sharon on speed dial.
After the confrontation, Anita opens up to Vernon. The queen of gloss finally pulls back the curtain and admits she was ruthless, selfish, and not exactly the girl next door. About time.
Kat Gets Schooled on Tomás — and a Kiss
Kat starts her day dragging Tomás for defending Eva (again), but before she can properly roast him with Chelsea, Tomás struts right in like he owns Uptown. And he’s got receipts — not for Eva, but for himself. Turns out Mr. Mysterious reads fantasy novels, volunteers as a mentor, and dances salsa like a telenovela heartthrob. Basically, he’s a walking rom-com.
Kat tries to keep her sass intact, but when Tomás lays it all out, she realizes she hasn’t exactly made an effort to understand him. That doesn’t mean she’s letting Eva off the hook — far from it. Kat makes it clear she has every right to be wary. But by the end of the conversation, they find some common ground... and each other’s lips. You heard me — they kiss, sealing their messy little truce with a whole lot of heat.
Hayley’s Pregnancy Drops Like a Bomb — and Chelsea Detonates
Hayley’s night at the country club starts with complaints about boring galas and ends with a baby reveal. That’s right — she’s pregnant, and Bill’s over the moon. Second-wife status? Who cares when you’re carrying the heir?
But just when things are getting sentimental, Chelsea shows up with her usual storm cloud energy and throws a wet blanket over the whole moment. According to her, Hayley and baby are about to be shunned harder than a scandal at Sunday brunch. Hayley doesn’t blink. If Chelsea thought this marriage was a temporary fling, she better think again. Hayley’s staying, the baby’s coming, and Chelsea better start adjusting her attitude — fast.
Martin Dances Around the Truth While Smitty Begs for It
At Orphey Gene’s, Smitty tries to have the conversation with Martin. He’s emotional, vulnerable, and wants honesty. But Martin’s dodging harder than a politician at a press conference. Bill apparently dropped some ominous hints, and Smitty wants to know what skeletons are rattling in Martin’s closet.
Martin downplays it all, calling Bill a power-hungry manipulator. But Smitty’s not buying it — he just wants to know if someone else has a deeper claim to Martin’s truth than he does. Oof. These two need a serious heart-to-heart... preferably without Bill lurking in the background.
Homework Gets Hot in the Teen Scene
Meanwhile, in teenage paradise, Jessica and Tyrell are supposed to be studying physics, but the only formula anyone cares about is chemistry. One nerdy flirtation later, they’re lip-locked and forgetting all about Newton’s laws. Who needs a science grade when sparks are flying like that?
