Days of Our Lives Recap | EJ Sees Video of Johnny with a Gun Trained on Him - Wednesday, April 30, 2025 [SPOILERS]

Wednesday's Days of Our Lives full episode recap brings you all the drama, deception, and delicious dysfunction you could ask for. EJ finally watches Rafe’s camera footage — and guess who’s the star with a gun? Meanwhile, Kayla tries to bend medical ethics like a yoga instructor, Paulina plays life coach, and Chanel’s had it up to here. Buckle up, because this DOOL recap isn’t for the faint of heart.

Johnny | DOOL, Peacock

EJ Plays Detective… in a Hospital Gown

EJ DiMera, the man, the myth, the melodrama, is not here for hospital rest. Nope. He’s propped up with a tablet like he’s logging into a board meeting instead of healing from a literal shooting. Mama Susan storms in to drag him back under the covers, but EJ’s on a mission. He’s got that "fatherly intuition" buzzing like a fire alarm — Johnny needs him, and apparently, bed rest be damned.

While Susan fusses, EJ drops that Johnny’s been giving him the cold shoulder ever since learning the truth about his oh-so-deep, dark secrets. Because nothing says “I’m sorry, son” like stumbling out of the ICU against medical advice, right?

EJ returns home sporting a cane | DOOL

Paulina Reads Johnny for Filth

Over at the DiMera mansion, Johnny’s wallowing on the couch like a Shakespearean ghost. Cue Paulina, marching in like the no-nonsense queen she is. She is not here for this sad sack routine. She lets Johnny have it — stop brooding, shave, get your act together, and for the love of Chanel, fix your damn marriage.

Johnny & Paulina | DOOL

Johnny’s excuse? He’s the embodiment of EJ’s sins. Please. Paulina isn’t buying that pity party. She drops some real talk about resilience and fighting for what matters. And by “what matters,” we mean Chanel. According to Paulina, EJ’s already done enough damage; it’s time Johnny stopped helping him.

Susan shows up right after Paulina leaves, cooing about how EJ’s dying to see Johnny. But Johnny’s got one thing on his mind: Chanel. And this time, he’s going to make things right… or so he says.

Chanel Is Done

Meanwhile, Chanel is trying to be a supportive adult around Felicity and Cat, who are celebrating a gymnastics win. But the minute adoption is mentioned, Chanel bolts. When she comes back, she lays it out: she’s not going to be a mom. Cue the emotional whiplash. Felicity apologizes, but the damage is done.

Paulina swoops in next with her second pep talk of the day, claiming Johnny’s just as miserable as Chanel. But Chanel isn’t in the mood. Weeks of painful conversations, and Johnny waits until the final moment to pull the plug on adoption? She calls it what it is — controlling, cruel, and exactly like EJ.

This isn’t one fight. It’s been a parade of heartbreak: her miscarriage, Joy, now this. Chanel’s emotionally maxed out. Paulina tells her to hold onto love and forgive, but Chanel’s already slipping away.

Leo, Chad & A Messy Breakfast Date

Leo and Chad are bonding over breakfast (read: gossiping like it’s their job) at the pub, trying to figure out who turned EJ into Swiss cheese. Leo doesn’t think Ava’s their shooter. Chad suggests Leo channel his inner nosy reporter. Naturally, Leo’s already two steps ahead.

When Felicity and Cat show up, Felicity starts playing matchmaker again. Subtlety? Never heard of her. Cat tries to apologize for the awkwardness, but Chad’s already bracing himself for more accidental double dates and auction shenanigans.

Kat, Felicity & Chad | DOOL

Kayla Goes Full Rogue with Medical Ethics

Elsewhere, Kayla is wheeling and dealing for her brother’s life. She drags Dr. Jeffrey Russell into a meeting and tries to sell him on giving her a drug that’s still stuck in animal testing. Bold move, Kayla.

Kayla & Dr. Russell | DOOL

Dr. Russell’s horrified — it’s not ready, it’s not approved, and doing this could bury his entire career. But Kayla, looking about this close to a breakdown, asks him to consider a little off-the-record magic. Russell says no, citing the FDA, big lawsuits, and, oh yeah, ethics.

Then comes the kicker: Russell wants out. Out of the hospital, out of his contract, and into the arms of Big Pharma. He’s chasing those dollar signs, and a million bucks from the hospital isn’t enough. Kayla, exhausted and insulted, gets called away to an “EJ emergency.” Spoiler alert: it’s EJ demanding to be discharged — immediately.

Gabi vs. Leo: Round 274

Back at the apartment, Gabi’s on a mission to snatch Gabi Chic away from DiMera — and she’s using the Internet like a business wizard from 2002. Ari calls to talk graduation, but Gabi cuts the convo short when Leo sashays in.

Gabi & Leo | DOOL

He’s looking for his very important muckraking book by none other than Jack Deveraux. Gabi accuses Ava of shooting EJ, but Leo’s not buying it. He straight-up says he thinks Gabi did it. Gabi is ready to breathe fire.

She threatens to sue Leo into the next century if he even thinks of dragging her name into The Spectator. After enough insults to fill a roast special, Gabi storms out, leaving Leo staring at her purse like it’s about to start spilling secrets.

Cue the Chaos

Upstairs, Susan is feeling those psychic tingles again. She tells Johnny he’s hiding a secret so dark, she can feel it. Johnny nopes right out of there, but Susan’s warning hangs heavy.

Susan & EJ | DOOL

Meanwhile, EJ finally finds Rafe’s camera memory card, pops it into his tablet like a teenager watching TikToks — and gets hit with the ugliest truth of all. There, on the screen, is his very own son, Johnny, pointing a gun directly at him. Cue EJ collapsing into his chair, whispering, “Oh, Giovanni, no…”

Johnny | DOOL

Elsewhere in Salem…

Chanel dodges Johnny like he’s contagious when she sees him lugging his bags through the town square. Leo gets caught red-handed (literally) digging through Gabi’s purse. And over at the silent auction reveal, Cat gets the alert: EJ won her. Chad laughs, but not in a happy way. Just another reminder that you can’t escape a DiMera — even when you think you’ve outbid one.

General Hospital Recap | Hookers & Ketamine: Willow Returns to Drew's Mess - Wednesday, April 30, 2025 [SPOILERS]

Wednesday's General Hospital full episode recap is scandalous! Willow finds an escort in her bed, Drew’s reputation implodes, and Nina’s little revenge plot unfolds with a red bra twist. Meanwhile, Sonny gets deadly advice from beyond, and Alexis becomes a protective mama bear. Let’s dive into the drama!

Willow finds Drew with a hooker | GH, ABC

Willow Walks Into a Scandal in Her Own Bedroom

Picture this: You just flew home expecting a warm welcome, maybe a little snuggle with your man. Instead, you step into your bedroom to find a black high heel on the floor and a random woman wearing his dress shirt like she just walked off a set from Pretty Woman. That’s the rude awakening Willow gets in today’s General Hospital episode.

Poor Willow barely has time to catch her breath before Jacinda, in all her smug glory, tosses out a snarky “Didn’t your mother teach you to knock?” Oh honey, this is her room. Willow’s not here for games. She storms out after hearing the woman excuse the situation as “just a man needing to blow off steam.”

Meanwhile, Drew’s passed out in bed like he just lost a drinking contest with a frat house. He wakes up confused, as he should be, only to hear Willow crying that he cheated on her. He’s holding his head, wondering what kind of out-of-body nightmare this is. But Drew, sweetheart, your life just became one big front-page scandal, and you’re not getting out of it with a hangover and an apology.

Drew | GH

Kai’s Surgery Gets the Spotlight, But Drew’s Drama Steals the Show

Over at General Hospital, Trina's ready to support Kai, who’s checking in for a major surgery with a documentary crew breathing down his neck. He thought Drew would be there to offer moral support. But guess what? Drew’s a little preoccupied trying to remember how a red bra ended up wrapped around his phone.

Felicia does her best to shoo the cameras and protect Kai’s privacy. Still, Kai decides to go ahead with the filming—because why not put your vulnerable medical moment on full display when the guy who talked you into it can’t even bother to show up?

Curtis arrives later, gabbing with Portia about Josh, the documentary director with deep, soul-searching questions. She’s impressed but still anxious, especially since Drew is apparently living out his rock-bottom moment in real-time. Curtis, for his part, can’t wrap his head around Drew cheating. Join the club, Curtis.

Alexis Plays Supermom, Scout Gets a Sleepover

Alexis shows up at Drew’s place like a woman on a mission—and boy, does she deliver. She walks in, tells Drew she’s packing Scout a bag, and doesn’t even flinch when he says he doesn’t remember a thing. This isn’t amateur hour, Drew. Alexis has seen the footage. Literally. She pulls up the viral video from The Savoy like she’s dropping court evidence, and Drew’s world officially crumbles.

Alexis shows Drew the viral video of him | GH

Drew claims blackout. Alexis, a card-carrying member of the “I’ve been there” club, recognizes the signs. She’s not waiting for him to sort through his midlife disaster—Scout is coming with her, no ifs, ands or drunken red bras about it. She doesn’t yell, doesn’t cry. She’s icy calm, which, frankly, is more terrifying.

The Conspirators: Nina and Portia Bask in the Fallout

Oh, so you thought that messy hookup was an accident? Bless your naïve little heart. Back at Nina’s place, she and Portia are celebrating their little scheme like two evil queens who just checkmated a pawn. Jacinda pops in to report the performance went off without a hitch. She may not have gotten beauty sleep, but she made sure Willow walked into a visual scandal.

Jacinda, Portia & Nina | GH

Nina hands over the rest of Jacinda’s cash, and off the woman goes—planning a Sydney getaway, just in case the drama follows her like a bad Yelp review. She’s got a whole cover story locked and loaded, just in case anyone comes sniffing. And don’t worry, she’s not about to spill Nina’s involvement unless someone offers something really enticing. Jacinda’s many things, but loose-lipped is not one of them.

Portia, meanwhile, shifts gears. She's got to get back to General Hospital, where Kai’s surgery and the documentary are going full steam. But let’s be real: her mind is still on Drew’s destruction and the fact that Willow probably cried out all her eyelash extensions by now.

Lulu Digs Into the Past and Laura Gets Nostalgic

Elsewhere in Port Charles, Lulu is digging into some adoption content for a piece she’s working on—because apparently, she’s in her investigative journalist era. She stops by Alexis’s office, only to be given the hand. Alexis is too busy shielding her granddaughter from the hot mess that is Drew Cain’s current public image.

Lulu then meets with her mom Laura, who wasn’t surprised her daughter came snooping around about her adoption past. Surprise twist: Laura wasn’t adopted. Nope, she was baby-swapped at the hospital and ended up with two families. One big soapy mess of an origin story. She reminisces about meeting Leslie, running away at 14 (as one does in a soap), and finally accepting both of her mothers. Lulu’s wheels are clearly turning, and Laura can tell this story isn’t just research—it’s personal. What are you hiding, Lulu? Could it be something about Dante's baby with Brook Lynn?

Lulu & Laura | GH

Nina's Shoulder to Cry On: Willow Breaks Down

As if things weren’t chaotic enough, Willow stumbles into Nina’s place looking like she just found out Santa isn’t real. She’s crying, her phone’s dead, and she’s spiraling hard. Nina, channeling her best concerned-but-smug face, sits her down and drops the truth bomb: not only does she know what happened, everyone knows. The whole ordeal has gone viral faster than a cat riding a Roomba.

Nina shows her the video, and Willow instantly recognizes Jacinda as the mystery woman from her bedroom. Willow, still clinging to a shred of hope, tries to rationalize. “This isn’t like Drew,” she says. Nina gives her a side-eye and gently suggests that maybe this is who Drew really is. Oof.

Nina & Willow | GH

Willow tries to believe in her man but admits none of this fits. She didn’t see any signs of drinking or reckless behavior. Nina, of course, implies that maybe Drew kept it all hidden—because secrets are currency in Port Charles. And just as Willow is mid-breakdown, who comes knocking like a bad idea on a Friday night? Drew. Banging on Nina’s door, desperate for a second chance. Boy, read the room.

Sonny Sees the Light, Jason’s Back in the Game

Let’s shift gears to LA, where Sonny wakes up and finds Brennan lurking like a ninja in his room. Turns out, Brick saved his life and Brennan’s now head of security. The real headline, though, is Jason. Yep, he’s back and ready to take the reins. Brennan delivers one last cryptic warning about the assassin who came for Sonny—a real top-tier hitwoman who normally doesn’t deal with the mob but took this job for crypto. What a time to be alive.

Carly | GH
Jason & Sonny | GH

Carly, ever the ride-or-die, refuses to leave Sonny’s bedside until he urges her to go home and be with Donna. Carly finally agrees, but not without some dramatic back-and-forth, because leaving Sonny is never a simple “bye.”

Jason enters, and Sonny drops a major bomb: he had a moment of clarity after seeing his dad. It's time to get out of the business. Jason’s on board, but they both know the danger’s far from over. First, they’ve got to clean up this mess—and fast.

B&B Recap | Katie Confronts Daphne & Brooke's Bold Move for Ridge - Wednesday, April 30, 2025 [SPOILERS]

On Wednesday's The Bold and the Beautiful, the post-fashion show fallout is dripping with drama: Katie’s calling out Daphne, Brooke’s making her move, and Ridge is caught between daddy’s orders and his own mess of a love life. This full episode recap breaks it all down with just enough side-eye to keep it fabulous.

Katie confronts Daphne | B&B, CBS

Hope’s Guilt Trip & Brooke’s Power Play

Let’s get one thing straight: if you thought the fashion show was the grand finale, think again. The real fireworks are happening after the runway lights went out. This episode of The Bold and the Beautiful is a full episode recap of love triangles, guilt spirals, and some seriously bold moves from the ladies.

So first up, we find ourselves at Casa Brooke, where the queen herself is basking in the post-show glow. She’s fresh off a call about wearing the showstopper, and Hope strolls in giving props where they’re due. Yes, Brooke in that dress? Iconic. Hope, ever the guilt-stricken daughter, admits it stung not to be the star of the show but says it gave her time to reflect. Translation? She’s had a Come-to-Jesus moment about the mess she made with Carter.

Brooke | B&B

Now, Hope might be feeling all philosophical, but don’t think she’s off the hook. Brooke wants the deets: where do things stand with Carter? Hope mutters that it’s “complicated” — which is B&B code for “I blew it, and I know it.” But then she flips the question right back: what’s the deal with you and Ridge, mom?

Oh, Brooke lights up like the Eiffel Tower at midnight. She gushes over the on-stage chemistry and gets all misty-eyed about how Ridge is still her destiny. Honestly, if Ridge got a dollar every time Brooke said “destiny,” he could retire in Monaco. Hope, in a rare moment of self-awareness, says if she and Carter hadn’t pulled their little stunt, things might have turned out differently for Brooke and Ridge. Brooke’s like, “Honey, don’t worry — I always bounce back.”

Ridge & Eric’s Not-So-Silent War: The Battle of the Beaus

Meanwhile, over at Forrester Creations, the testosterone is thick in the air. Ridge and Eric are having yet another heated daddy-son showdown. Ridge is done with Papa Eric playing puppet master with his love life. Eric, not even flinching, claps back with full authority: “You’re not choosing between two women — you’re just too scared to pick the one you’ve always loved.”

Ridge & Eric | B&B

And yes, Eric says it loud for the people in the back: Brooke is the one. Ridge tries to play it cool, tossing in a “Taylor’s special too” like he’s comparing wine vintages. But Eric’s not buying it. “She’s not the love of your life,” he snaps. Ouch. He tells Ridge to stop pretending and admit what everyone and their hairstylist already knows — that he belongs with Brooke. And just to twist the knife, he points out Ridge isn’t married or even engaged. That’s right, boys — it’s open season on Logan love.

Katie’s Serving Truth, Daphne’s Serving… Maybe?

Backstage at the fashion circus, Carter’s having a moody flashback about Hope. Enter Zende, ready to stir the pot. He casually mentions Daphne — oh yes, that Daphne — and implies there’s a little something extra going on. Carter gives a hard pass. He’s all in on Hope. Riiiight.

Zende | B&B

But Zende’s not the only one sniffing out the drama. Katie, who’s never met a confrontation she didn’t like, tracks down Daphne and hits her with a blunt question: “Are you playing Carter?” No sugarcoating, no polite preamble — just straight-up accusations. Daphne’s thrown, but she doesn’t back down. She claims her only crime was helping Steffy and the fam get the company back. Katie’s not buying it. This isn’t about business anymore. It’s about Carter.

Katie to Daphne: "Are you playing Carter?" | B&B

Katie, clearly still harboring her own not-so-buried feelings, demands answers. Daphne, now giving Lifetime movie vibes, says something “rare” has happened. Yup. She’s caught the L-word. Love. Katie practically laughs in her face. “You’re in love with Carter? Sure, girl.”

But Daphne doubles down. When she came to L.A., she didn’t mean to fall. But Carter? He’s a “remarkable man.” He knows he messed up with Hope. He’s hurting. And somewhere between corporate espionage and candlelit side-eyes, Daphne claims she caught feelings.

Cue Carter’s dramatic entrance. Daphne quickly flips the script and says they were just talking about how wonderful he is. Please. The timing alone screams soap setup. Katie glares, Daphne simpers, and Carter looks like he just walked into a war zone with no clue who’s on his side. Classic B&B.

Brooke’s Bold Move: Designer & Muse, Round 1,000

And just when you thought the drama hit its peak, Brooke turns it all the way up. She corners Ridge in the main office with all the confidence of a woman who’s stolen spotlights and husbands alike. Ridge is chatting with a buyer, but once that little kiss-on-the-cheek moment wraps, it’s game on.

Ridge & Brooke | B&B

Brooke’s all like, “People loved the fashion show,” but what she really means is, “People loved us.” Ridge tries to dodge, but Brooke goes full Logan. She presses — everyone wants them back together. The designer and his muse. The original power couple.

She lays it on thick. That magical moment on the runway? Sparks. Fireworks. Flashbacks. Ridge tries to insist it was all for show, but Brooke shuts that down fast. She knows what his dad wants. She knows what the audience wants. And most importantly, she knows what she wants — him.

And then, with all the flair of a seasoned soap seductress, she wraps her arms around him, purrs the words “I am your Logan. Now and always.” Mic. Drop.

Previous B&B Recap

Y&R Recap | Cole Is Coughing Relentlessly After Overseas Trip - Wednesday, April 30, 2025 [SPOILERS]

From Cole's man-flu meltdown to Sally juggling job offers like hot potatoes, Wednesday's The Young and the Restless full episode recap serves up sass, scandal, and a whole lot of side-eye. Let’s dive into all the delicious dysfunction Genoa City has to offer.

Cole | Y&R, CBS SONY

Cole Needs a Doctor, But Refuses

So, here’s how we’re kicking things off in Genoa City: Victoria’s checking in on Cole at the tack house, and he looks and sounds rough. We’re talking glassy-eyed, hacking-like-he’s-about-to-turn-into-a-werewolf rough. Naturally, Victoria’s trying to be the nurturing ex, asking if he’d rather be in bed, but Cole is too busy coughing like he’s auditioning for a flu commercial. He deflects with a not-so-subtle “So, Claire’s moving in with her man, huh?” and Victoria’s over here trying to act cool about it. She just wants her daughter to be happy, even if the guy she’s dating lives in a mansion where drama comes standard with the floor plan.

Thursday's Y&R Spoilers

But let’s circle back to Cole’s coughing fit — it’s relentless. Like, take-some-NyQuil-and-sit-down relentless. Victoria finally clocks that the man is burning up and probably contagious. Does he want to see a doctor? Of course not. He’s a man. He’s “fine.”

Claire’s Love Life Comes with a Side of Victor Tension

Meanwhile, Claire’s out at Society looking cute and having a heart-to-heart with grandma Nikki. She’s glowing, and it’s not just because she dropped the L-word with Kyle — yes, love is in the air. Claire’s gushing about their relationship and their little love nest plans, while Nikki’s sipping her drink like, “That’s cute, but have you met Victor Newman?”

Claire & Nikki | Y&R

You can literally see Nikki’s internal panic when Claire mentions going up against her grandfather. Nikki tries to play diplomat, offering to be the Victor Whisperer and soften the blow before the old man unleashes his signature firestorm. Claire, in all her young love confidence, says she wants to handle it solo.

Sweetie. Bold of you to assume Victor can be handled.

But Nikki isn’t having it. “Let me open the door,” she insists, probably because she knows Victor opens doors with grenades, not doorknobs. Claire finally agrees, and the convo shifts to the Abbott mansion, which Kyle wanted her to move into. She said no. Why? Maybe because Diane’s “refresh” is giving showroom energy and she doesn’t want to be part of a magazine spread masquerading as a family home. Nikki throws a little shade Diane’s way (as she should), and then they loop back to plotting how to make Victor not detonate.

Chelsea Needs Coffee & Career Advice

Over at Jabot, Lauren bumps into Chelsea and gets showered with compliments about her latest design palette. Chelsea’s got a nervous vibe and asks if they can chat over coffee at Crimson Lights. Lauren says sure — because when someone asks for coffee and guidance, you know there’s drama brewing.

Cut to Crimson Lights, where Chelsea finds Adam and Connor. They’re doing the whole “soccer mom and dad” thing before Chelsea drops the bomb that she’s meeting Lauren. Adam already knows what this is about — his juicy little job offer. COO of Newman Media, anyone?

Chelsea, Connor & Adam | Y&R

Connor picks up on the tension, and even at his age, he knows secrets when he hears them. But hey, he seems delighted by the grown-up whispering. Once Adam and Connor exit, Chelsea spills her work dilemma to Lauren: she’s tempted to take Adam’s offer but doesn't want to leave Marchetti in the lurch. And if she does go, she wants to pass the torch to Sally.

Lauren raises one elegant eyebrow. Sally? Really?

Lauren | Y&R

Chelsea & Lauren | Y&R

Chelsea stands by her. Sally’s grown, evolved, and actually might be the perfect fit. But, of course, there’s the sticky issue of leaving a job you love to work with your ex. Lauren delivers some top-tier wisdom: life is messy, darling. Ask yourself if you can live with the fallout. Then trust your gut and go for it. Queen energy.

Sally & Billy Mix Business with Pleasure (Again)

At the GCAC bar, Billy’s ranting to Sally about Phyllis — because of course he is. Turns out he fired her, and now Daniel’s all bent out of shape. Sally’s shook. “Wait, you actually did it?” she asks, probably wondering if she needs to start wearing a flak jacket to these meetings.

Billy’s got that pained look of someone who knows he kicked a hornet’s nest but is too stubborn to regret it. He says Phyllis needs healing (don’t we all?), and now he’s scouting for someone trustworthy to fill her shoes. Cue: Sally.

Billy & Sally | Y&R

Sally’s been thinking about his offer to be his right hand in the media company. She’s intrigued, but not sold. She tells Billy she brought it up with Audra, who — surprisingly — told her to go for it. Billy's not thrilled she's listening to Audra and wonders if Audra wants the job... or just a piece of their bank account.

Sally stands her ground. Audra's no saint, but she’s loyal, and that counts. She loves the idea of helping Billy build something big and beautiful — but walking away from Marchetti isn’t something she can do overnight. There are people she respects — Summer, Chloe, Lauren, Chelsea — and they all took a chance on her. She's not about to ghost them.

Billy gets it, but he wants an answer — like, yesterday. Time is ticking, and he’s desperate to get this right. They flirt, kiss, and basically seal their status as Genoa City’s most emotionally complicated job interview in progress.

Cole’s Cold Crashes the Party

Back at the tack house, Victoria is still trying to talk Cole into seeing a doctor. He’s trying to be noble by suggesting he check into a hotel to quarantine himself like he’s the CDC. Victoria's like, “You're not going anywhere until you drink this tea and stop being dramatic.”

He sips, he coughs, and they argue about his next move. Cole thinks he’s infected with the plague. Victoria's convinced it’s just man-flu. She tells him to sit his sniffly self down while she handles everything — including asking Billy to watch the kids.

Claire walks in just as Cole has passed out mid-cough on the couch. Victoria fills her in, and Claire reports back from lunch with Nikki, announcing that grandma is officially on Team Claire and Kyle. Cole mutters something snarky about Victor and goes right back to coughing up a lung. Claire insists he needs to go to bed, and when Cole snaps that she needs to stay away unless she wants to catch it, he finally admits he probably needs to see a doctor.
