Ava Jerome Flaunts her Newfound Wealth
Oh honey, Ava Jerome is not here to play. After reappearing in Ric’s hospital room like a diva at a comeback concert, she decided to celebrate being alive by buying an entire dealership’s worth of luxury on a whim. Ric, our perpetually grumpy voice of reason, told her flashing her newfound wealth would get her clocked faster than you can say “poor life choices.” Naturally, Ava agreed to tone it down — by sending everything back except for the fur coat. Because priorities.

In true Ava fashion, she didn’t just bring financial drama. She locked the door, crawled on top of Ric, and basically made "hospital bed chic" a thing. Ric, who apparently finds blackmail hotter than foreplay, kissed her right back. Oh, GH, never change.
Alexis Plays a Losing Game of Damage Control
Meanwhile, Alexis was stressing out so hard that even Diane had to step in with tough love. Alexis refuses to commit Kristina to a psychiatric hospital — because, you know, ruining family dinners forever isn't enough drama for one lifetime. Diane smartly pointed out that Ric or Elizabeth might just spill the beans about Kristina’s little vehicular homicide attempt. Alexis, being stubbornly loyal to a fault, insists she can keep Ric quiet. Spoiler alert: she absolutely cannot.
Instead of shredding Kristina’s commitment papers like Alexis begged, Diane just casually filed them away. Because obviously, when everything explodes (again), she’ll be ready with the receipts.
Kristina Almost Grew a Conscience... Almost
Over at Liz’s place, Kristina crashed in like a storm cloud, guilt-tripping all over poor Lucky. She sobbed about her nightmares and how she almost killed two people. Lucky, in full emotional support mode, gently pointed out that confessing would implode her entire family and maybe — just maybe — she should consider not doing that.

After a heartfelt pep talk, Kristina decided she’s not about that confession life anymore. Growth? Maybe. Temporary denial? Definitely.
Trina’s Crisis of Confidence and Curtis’ Endless Shade
Curtis sat down with Trina for a little heart-to-heart. She’s terrified that Kai’s upcoming surgery will turn into a horror story, but Curtis — king of vague platitudes — basically told her to smile through the terror and support her man. Because lying to yourself is practically a love language in Port Charles.
Kai, bless his heart, is riding high on hope. Drew promised to make all the magic happen, but leave it to Portia to storm into Drew’s place and rain on that parade. She made it very clear she thinks this surgery is a bad idea — and oh boy, she isn’t wrong. Drew clapped back by reminding her that her medical license is basically being held together by duct tape and his generosity. Just a casual reminder of the blackmail skeletons everyone’s hiding.
Of course, Curtis popped up just in time for the mess and promptly dragged Portia out before she could set anything else on fire. Outside, Portia tried to spin the drama into something optimistic, but Curtis wasn’t buying her Hallmark card attitude. Same, Curtis. Same.
Alexis Begs Ric — and Loses What Little Dignity She Had Left
Alexis finally faced Ric and, honey, it was brutal. Ric wasted zero seconds letting her know he’s fully aware Kristina nearly turned him and Liz into roadkill, thinking it was Ava's car in which she was cutting the brakes. He’s also milking that blackmail scheme for every dollar it’s worth.

Watching Alexis try to guilt-trip Ric about loving Molly was... a choice. Ric, however, couldn’t care less. He’s savoring every moment Alexis crumbles, and he’s not stopping at petty revenge — he’s making her embezzle from a child. Truly, nothing says family loyalty like financial crimes!
Carly & Nina: The Pettiest Allies Ever
Somewhere across town, Nina thought it was a great idea to waltz into Carly’s kitchen with some real estate gossip about Drew packing up and moving to DC. Carly, smelling betrayal from a mile away, immediately clocked Nina for low-key trying to push Willow and Drew closer together. Nina denies it (badly) and reminds Carly that her previous meltdown only strengthened Willow and Drew’s bond. Oops.

Carly decided she’s tired of waiting for the universe to hand her a win and schemed up a custody battle plan so sneaky it would make a soap villain blush. Nina warned her to chill, because, let’s face it, Carly’s courtroom track record is shakier than Ava’s impulse control. Still, once Nina flounced off, Carly was already dialing up Diane to move forward with Operation: Rip Those Kids Out of Drew’s Hands.
Jason Gives Willow a Reality Check She Wasn’t Ready For
Finally, Willow turned to Jason — because clearly she’s fresh out of ideas and desperate enough to beg a mob enforcer for parenting advice. She asked him to get Carly off her back before this custody battle spirals into another headline-grabbing disaster. Jason, who’s apparently the only adult left in Port Charles, told her straight up: if you want peace, go to Germany and talk to your damn husband.

Jason wisely pointed out that most of this mess happened because she and Michael stopped acting like they know each other’s phone numbers. He encouraged her to patch things up, because otherwise? Carly’s going to blow up Willow’s life harder than Kristina’s temper tantrums ever could.
