Trina’s Birthday Brings More Than Cake

Birthdays are supposed to be fun, right? Well, in Port Charles, they’re just another excuse for emotional turmoil. Trina's so-called surprise birthday party was less about cake and more about unresolved feelings. While she’s all smiles on the surface, her heart is still carrying the weight of Spencer's absence. Laura tries to console her, but nothing quite shakes the ghost of a lost love. The highlight? Joss’ hilariously practical gift—a white noise machine to help Trina sleep. Cute, but not exactly the distraction she needs.

Sonny’s Heart Can’t Handle the Drama (Literally)

Sonny Corinthos has faced countless shootouts, betrayals, and mob wars, but his biggest enemy might just be his own heart—literally. When Kristina presses him about what’s wrong, he finally confesses: his heart condition is serious, and surgery is in the cards. Suddenly, his surprising agreement to joint custody with Ava makes perfect sense.

Kristina, naturally, is a wreck. Sonny? Still trying to play it cool. But in true Corinthos fashion, he insists he’s got everything under control. (Spoiler alert: He doesn’t.)

Brook Lynn’s Baby Bombshell (That She Doesn’t Even Know About)

Brook Lynn thought her family was over the whole “let’s keep life-altering secrets from each other” phase. Turns out, she was wrong. Her grandma, Gloria, and mom, Lois, have been playing a dangerous game of hide-and-seek—with her own baby.

When Brook Lynn confronts Gloria about what she knows, she gets the usual ‘it’s for your own good’ speech. But here’s the real kicker: Gloria and Lois actually know where Brook Lynn’s baby is, and they’ve decided she should never find out. Classic Quartermaine meddling, but this one might just blow up spectacularly.

Carly and Jack Turn Up the Heat—But Trouble’s Lurking

You knew it was only a matter of time before Carly gave in to her feelings for Jack. After all the back-and-forth, she finally decides to stop overthinking and go for it. And boy, do they go for it. The passion is through the roof, and for once, Carly actually seems happy.

But because this is Port Charles, nothing stays peaceful for long. Just as Carly is about to join Jack in the shower (cue the steamy romance novel moment), there’s a knock at the door. Room service? Nope. Trouble is quite literally around the corner in the form of Valentin. What does he want? And more importantly, will Carly’s night of passion turn into a morning of regret?
