General Hospital Full Episode Recap – Tuesday, March 4, 2025

Drama, Secrets, and One Big Power Play

On Tuesday’s General Hospital: explosions, confrontations, and good old-fashioned blackmail were all on the menu in Port Charles. Jason played detective (again), Willow had no time for Carly’s dramatics, and Tracy decided to do what she does best—stick her nose where it doesn’t belong. Oh, and someone’s about to find out they’re a secret baby daddy. Buckle up, because this GH full episode recap is packed with all the chaos you love.

Jason’s Pier-Side Interrogation: Sidwell Plays Innocent

Jason took Sidwell to the pier at gunpoint, because of course he did. He wanted answers about whether Sidwell had anything to do with blowing up Sonny’s penthouse. Sidwell, looking as guilty as ever but denying everything, claimed it was all a misunderstanding. Apparently, Africa was also just a big “oops,” and now he’s in town to do legitimate business. Sure, Jan.

Before Jason could get any real answers, Anna arrived—because her timing is impeccable. Sidwell made a dramatic exit on the launch (as shady people do), and Anna turned her attention to Jason. She questioned him about Sidwell’s presence at the mansion and reminded Jason that he’s still a suspect in Cyrus’ case. Jason, with his usual deadpan expression, insisted he wasn’t about to kill Sidwell—he just wanted to “talk.” Anna wasn’t buying it, but let’s be real: Jason will do whatever he wants, no matter what the law says.

Willow’s Decision: Carly Has Feelings, But No Say

Willow dropped a bombshell on Carly and Nina—she’s moving in with Drew. Naturally, Carly lost her mind. She tried to convince Willow that this was too much for Michael to handle, but Willow wasn’t asking for permission. She made it clear: she and Michael are over, and she’s not about to press pause on her life just because Carly thinks she should.

Carly, being Carly, called Willow selfish. That’s when Nina—yes, Nina—finally spoke up and defended Willow’s decision. Somewhere, pigs were flying. But before you start thinking Carly and Nina had a heartwarming bonding moment, think again. The two women turned around and congratulated each other on a job well done. A setup? A manipulation? Who even knows anymore, but one thing’s for sure—Willow is a pawn in a game she didn’t even realize she was playing.

Tracy Quartermaine, Meddler Extraordinaire

If there’s one thing you can always count on, it’s Tracy sticking her nose where it doesn’t belong. This time, she set her sights on Sasha. With the latest Quartermaine heir on the way, Tracy made it clear that Sasha won’t be raising this baby without family involvement. Sasha, who just wanted some peace, was not having it.

Tracy gave her a history lesson on her own life, pointing out that men always seemed to come after her for her money—including Luke, whom she actually fell for. The underlying message? Sasha needs to be careful. But Tracy being Tracy, she didn’t just give unsolicited advice and walk away. Nope. She left Sasha with something to think about. And by the end of the episode, Sasha was making a very interesting phone call—to Sidwell. Whatever deal they just struck, you know it’s about to blow up in someone’s face.

Lulu & Maxie: Breaking and Entering for a Good Cause?

When Lulu Spencer decides to go full spy mode, you know things are getting messy. She enlisted Maxie’s help to break into Martin’s hotel room, claiming it was for Charlotte. Maxie, looking like she regretted every life choice that led her to this moment, agreed to be her lookout.

While Lulu tore through Martin’s things, Maxie played the role of a very nervous distraction. And then—because of course this was bound to happen—Martin showed up. Maxie did her best to stall him, but Lulu found something way juicier than whatever she was originally looking for.

Martin had notes—detailed ones—about Dante not knowing that he’s someone’s baby daddy. Oh, this is about to get interesting.

Drew vs. Portia: The Gloves Are Off

Drew confronted Portia, demanding that she fix things between him and Curtis. Portia, fresh out of patience, made it clear that she wasn’t getting involved in whatever mess Drew had created. But then things took a turn.

Drew brought up Heather Webber, specifically the fact that Portia had tampered with her test results. Now, normally, Portia can keep her cool, but this accusation had her shook. She denied it, but Drew wasn’t just talking out of nowhere—he had proof. He pulled out the blood test results, practically daring her to keep lying. If this gets out, Portia’s career and personal life could be in serious trouble.

Dante’s Guilt & The Lulu Factor

Dante admitted to Cody that Cyrus’ death didn’t bring him any real closure—because Sam is still gone. He’s been struggling, and surprise surprise, it’s also making things weird between him and Lulu. He’s been confiding in Brook Lynn instead, which is definitely not helping the Lulu situation.

But then Dante dropped an even bigger bomb: he never told Lulu about what went down between him and Brook Lynn one summer. Cue the drama.

The Calm Before the Next Storm

Today’s GH full episode recap gave us a little bit of everything: shady business deals, love triangles, a potentially explosive paternity reveal, and just enough Quartermaine meddling to keep things chaotic. Port Charles is full of secrets, and the way things are unraveling, it’s only a matter of time before they all come crashing down.
