Kat Calls Out Eva – But Is She Barking Up the Wrong Tree?
Kat has never been one to let things slide, and tonight she came armed with accusations and a killer one-liner: "Fool me once, it’s on me. Fool me twice, it’s your funeral." Not dramatic at all! She’s convinced Eva is up to no good, lurking around Nicole’s office like she owns the place. But Eva? Cool as a cucumber, denying everything.
Kat isn’t buying it and storms off to find Nicole—who, by the way, is having a cozy little moment with Ted at the hospital. She’s too busy making doe eyes to entertain Kat’s theories, instead shutting her down with a brutal, “You’re a spoiled brat.” Harsh? Yes. Satisfying? Absolutely.
Oh, and did we mention that Leslie, in her finest "woman in disguise" look, is lurking nearby, double-screening Nicole’s tribute video while plotting her next move? Because of course she is.
Ted and Eva’s Heart-to-Heart—A Little Too Heartfelt?
As if this night didn’t already have enough layers of chaos, Eva runs into Ted, and he decides it’s time to play father figure. He tells her she’s a “godsend” to Nicole, which… sure, if your definition of a godsend includes sneaky office snooping and a whole lot of secrets.

Dani’s Night Out Ends in Disaster
Dani, our queen of disastrous decisions, hits the bar for a much-needed drink after surviving the absolute circus that has been her life lately. “Time to embrace the unusual,” she declares to the bartender. Little does she know, unusual is about to smack her in the face.
First, she and Andre exchange some flirty texts before she shuts it down. “Never again means never again… especially tonight.” Mysterious much? We love a cryptic queen. But before we can get answers, she texts her friends Chelsea and Naomi to meet her at Dupree Manor for an “earth-shattering” announcement.
Meanwhile, Vanessa’s attention is divided between her husband Doug (who is making a deal with the devil, AKA a shady casino owner) and her side piece Diego, who is throwing her smoldering looks from across the bar. Multitasking at its finest.
As for Doug, he should really consider making better life choices. He meets with a casino owner who basically says, “Give me your soul, and I’ll clear your debt.” Very comforting! To make matters worse, the guy later tells an associate, “I want Doug McBride in my debt.” If that doesn’t scream villain behavior, what does?

Dani’s Big Speech—And an Even Bigger Bombshell
Back at Dupree Manor, Dani finally arrives (fashionably late, obviously) and drops a bombshell on her unsuspecting family. “My marriage is dead, and I am finally ready to bury it.” Cue crickets. Turns out, the Duprees aren’t buying what she’s selling.
Dani dramatically asks, “Where’s the applause?” but gets nothing but skeptical looks. Her dramatic speech about reclaiming her happiness is a 10/10 performance, but let’s be real—everyone knows her love life is one plot twist away from disaster.
Just when things start to look up (and by that, I mean the Duprees are literally dancing in the living room), the unthinkable happens. Jacob walks in with an arrest warrant. For Dani. For attempted murder.
Yes, you read that right. Dani Dupree, arrested.
